   The food was excellent! The waitress was very good. She has the kitchen split our shared meal onto two separate plates instead of us doing it ourselves. That was awesome.

    I should have ordered my burger mediun, not medium well, as it came a bit over cooked and dry. The fries need some help, honestly, Shake Shacks are even better than the ones I received. The prices seem to have increased about 30% since our last visit so we'll be going less frequently than in the past. It's just not the same experience it was for us like it was 2 years ago here. As a result, we'll be trying out some of the newer restaurants in town.

    Our waiter was great. Took his time to explain the food to us and was patient. Kept making sure we have everything we needed. Made our daughter feel special on her birthday. The food was delicious.

    we sat outside on the patio because Happy Hour is only there or at the bar. Thought that was strange but, oh well, Had the white sangria and that was surprisingly pleasant as it’s made w moscato instead of dry whites that I have usually encountered. just had a few nibbles so can’t comment on the entrees. the nibbles were fine, tho not really outstanding in any way. Have only eaten there once before and then had their restaurant week menu which was really, really tasty!

    We asked for a table on the patio in our reservation request, but was seated in the dining room. Even though we had a reservation for 4, we were given only 2 menus. When I told the lady seating us that there would be 4, she said she would come back with two more menus, but we never saw her again.

    My chicken sandwich was unusually bland. Unlike every other meal I have had at Firebird's. A little disappointing. The service and everything else was great.

    Thanks to Chris (Firebirds manager) and our server, we had an amazing Anniversary dinner at Firebirds! Once seated, the service was impeccable, the food outstanding, and attention to every detail. We are going back and highly recommend this restaurant!

    Our second meal at this Firebirds. We were greeted immediately upon entry. Our reservation was honored about 10 minutes early. Our server was pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. She even put in the effort to laugh at my dumb-dad jokes although, there were a couple of eye-rolls but, I guess that makes her one of the family now. Had a cheeseburger sans cheese with the cider slaw and the baby back ribs with seasoned steak fries. Both were quite good, the portions sensible and the price was reasonable. I'll add that I've dined at another Firebirds in Stonebridge Virginia many times. I did enjoy that restaurant and can't remember ever having a "bad" experience but, even though it appears a tad smaller, the Gilbert Firebirds just seems to operate better than the Stonebridge offering. Either way, Firebirds is a good bet.
