   We love Firebirds and that’s why I chose to spend Mother’s Day dining there. It did not disappoint. We were seated promptly. Our server Lilly was wonderful. The food was delicious! We all enjoyed ourselves, and we will be back!

   Had a lovely Mother’s Day dinner. Not a long wait to get seated at our table. Our waitress was very good. The reason I didn’t rate the highest is it took nearly 40 minutes to get our food after we ordered. It was busy but not as busy as it has been at times in the past and the wait for the food has never taken this long. The only saving grace is that the steaks we ordered were delicious and done just right. We will go back but hoping to not ever have that kind of wait again !

   Mothers day afternoon lunch/dinner. Exceptional service, and food was excellent! They are not cheap but I do not mind spelling for such good food and service.

   Mother’s Day brunch was a great meal. Food and service was good. Our reservation was for 12:30. We waited for a few minutes to be seated. All was god!

   Steaks are charred more than average. Prices for add-ons are higher than other steak houses.

   I was disappointed at my recent dining occasion. The food was not up to previous encounters. I had prime the prime rib dinner with streak fries preceded by the BLT salad. The prime rib potion was 1/2 inches thick ,with maybe two good bites to eat , and overly marbled with fat. The steak fries were wrinkled ,probably overly heat lamped, and barely warm. The BLT salad portion was smaller than I’ve had previously. Our waitress was attentive and was better than the meals served. Not all excellent dining experiences can be consistently replicated and that holds true to mine recently. Hopefully this was but one blip on the radar.

   Hugo did not come to greet us or offer her water or bread for at at least 10 minutes after seeing forgot my straw request three times over 15 minutes, forgot extra bread ask 2x, forgot carrot cake at end, for 40 min after brought final check and we sat 40 min after bill came. He remembered, as we took a table waiting…. As he never returned after dropping bill off. All around didn't listen. Hopefully he is new. But reduced this experience from a 6/7 to a 2/3.

   This is quickly becoming one of our family’s favorite places to gather. The food and service are always great.

   Not good. Ran out of prime rib for the second time I visited. The service was terrible. Waited 20mins for our 1st drink. The server came back to our table and asked us if we were ready to order and we had not even been served our first drink yet! Then they changed servers Midway through our service. It was definitely not what I expected. It''s the third time we've been there and we continue to try to give it a chance because of the prime rib but we won't be back.

    Firebirds is the place our friends from out of town always ask to be taken to whenever they visit. The food is consistently great and the service always perfect. Our server, Kaylee, was so eager to help, but still allowing us time to chat and relax. Once again, a memorable and lovely evening.
