I always have a great meal here. I usually order the grilled salmon salad, it’s delicious. I recommend reservations, as it’s always busy.

Our dinner and drinks were great, but our waitress was not too good at her job. We had to ask quite a few times for everything we needed and it took her forever to bring it.

Hugo was one of the best waiters that we have experienced at Firebirds. The ribs were a little tough, and the BBQ sauce left a bit to be desired.

We went for ribs and they were excellent as always. The meatloaf portion was a little small but also very good. We are never disappointed at Firebirds.

We went to Firebirds Gilbert location because the staff is absolutely the best. Gabriel was our server and he was very attentive and offered his own personal suggestions on the entrees and it did not disappoint. I have an allergy to strawberries and he made it aware to the management staff (Chris Brown and Taya) came over and we went over some options. So professional and caring of all three of them. Thank you for making my birthday dinner so special. We will continue to come here for our celebrations. Thank you Gabriel

Our food was good, our drinks were mediocre and our service wasn’t very good. She was friendly enough but service was slow and she didn’t even bother to ask if we wanted dessert, she just dropped the check and took it for granted that we didn’t want anything else.

Another disappointing dinner at your restaurant. Wedding anniversary. Steak was bland and very chewy. Chicken was Dry and over cooked. Use to love your restaurant but it has gone down hill. No bread till we asked, was delivered after our meal. Sadly the waitress was the worst part of the meal. Job is to serve food. How you earn a tip. All she did was have attitude.
