   Once again, we had a phenomenal experience at Firebirds. In the past month, we have been there on at least two occasions with out of town guests. Not only are we always impressed with the quality of food and exceptional level of customer service - from the wait staff as well as the staff that greets you when you walk into the restaurant - but on each occasion our guests have expressed great satisfaction as well. Whether it is the prime rib - which is always cooked to perfection - or one of the other dishes you serve (we've ordered chicken and baby back ribs), the restaurant always delivers top notch service and cuisine. I had reserved a place through Open Table for 6:00 p.m., but our party of three ended up arriving at the restaurant a full 45 minutes early. The staff immediately seated us and when they began to show us a table near a group that had several active toddlers, they quickly accommodated our request when we asked to be seated on the other side of the restaurant where it was quite a bit more quiet. Firebirds has become our "go-to" restaurant - with or without company - and we can only hope that the cuisine and customer service continues to remain top-notch.

   Went there for date night, drinks were 10/10 as well as the food! Second time going to this location and so far it’s our current date night spot!

   My meal was good. Another’s was not to her liking. The manager was very kind and took her meal off the bill. Mix up on another check and again the manager was very responsive.

   Not good from beginning to end. Dirty glasses and utensils, food not good. Problems every time we go since opening

   Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The potatoes had a great taste and our waitress (I apologize for not remembering her name) was very friendly and efficient. This was our first time but would highly recommend your restaurant for any occasion! Thank you, Katherine

   Jonah was an excellent server, very personable and helpful. The other staff who came to the table always asked if we needed anything else, which was so helpful. AND THE FOOD! Delicious !! One of the best filets that we have ever had! The Cesar Salad, baked potato and the bread….perfect! We go here often because it is always a yummy and positive experience!

   When I made the reservation I put that it was me and my girlfriend’s 2 year anniversary and requested a booth. We did not get sat at a booth (I had to ask to move) and our server did not ask if there was a reason for coming out to firebirds (like Firebirds is supposed to) they go by. Absolutely no Unexpected delights. No fresh cold glass on the martini after it ran room temp, we were also not told that it was a scratch kitchen or asked about allergies. My girlfriend didn’t like her food, she ordered something else and the manager did not once come up to our table to make sure everything was okay or to check up. The food was just so off..it was our first time here.. We expected so much more. We left extremely disappointed. Didn’t even get dessert.

   Excellent lunch, salads are delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed complimentary Lobster Queso! Server, Maddie was fantastic!

   Firebirds is really nice! We went early in the day- in time for happy hour. Their new 7.00 happy hour pineapple martini ( there’s another name for it) was really good! I had 2! Filets were great! Service was on point. We’ll be back!

    The food is always good at Firebirds. The service, however, is inconsistent and usually slow. Although we love the food, we hesitate to go there because of the service. Waiting staff sometimes take a long time to bring ice tea refills, ask if the customer needs anything, and once it is visibly obvious that the customer is done eating to ask if there is anything else i.e., a desert or the check.
