    The staff at this location was very professional and very attentive. The food was high quality the wait staff was on top of refills. Everyone was very friendly. Food was delicious.

    In the past we have enjoyed this Firebird very much but this time was different. They ran out of baked potatoes and we were told the day before they were out of bread. Our deviled eggs never arrived so we just cancelled them. The rest of our dinner was good but we expect more of a Firebirds. The other thing was we ate outdoors but the area was relatively uninviting since the tables had not been prepared and all of the had the chairs leaning up against them. It was a beautiful day so maybe if the area had been prepared, more people would have dined outside. Our server was excellent however.

    The location off of 355 in Gaithersburg MD never disappoints! We had steak, burgers and fish tacos … all excellent. Service was excellent!

    Birthday lunch with friends. F&B was the highlight. No recognition by server of occasion and service was mostly sporadic and inattentive.
