Great meals! Four of us had different entrees and all were pleased with their meals. Spicy Cream Pasta and Chicken was satisfying and served in a big portion. Salmon Salad was delightful, as was a grilled salmon entree and a filet mignon entree. Server brought over samples of wine so a guest could see which one they wanted to order. In and out in 45 minutes on a busy night. Great evening!

We ordered the salmon, tuna and Colorado chicken salads. Everyone seemed to enjoy the salads. It was our friends first visit and the really enjoyed the atmosphere and ambience of Firebirds

Everything was fine other than one of our meals. It was very overcooked. Because of the delay for that person to eat with the rest The manager came over to apologize but did not offer to compensate for the meal which I expected.

The service was good, but the food and overall dining experience were excellent. I especially appreciated the Veteran’s Day special for veterans which was very generous (free entrée)! Very friendly staff and excellent food! Highly recommend this place.

Nice menu with many selections besides their noteworthy steaks. My wife and I both had filet mignons, with mine with the additional blue cheese/mushroom option. They were done to perfection and then the meal topped off with the crème brule cheesecake. While the meal was not inexpensive, the quality of food and service made it more palatable.

Good food and service. I like my steak medium rare but they always gave me medium well. It was my birthday dinner so I didn’t say anything. I took most of it home to share to my lovely dog. She seems enjoyed it.

We made dinner reservations to celebrate our son's 16th birthday with his grandparents who had arrived ahead of us and were already seated at the table, and upon taking our seats, we learned that because my father-in-law had previously served in the Navy and my mother is the widow of my father who served 20 years in the Navy, all 3 of their meals to include any desserts were complementary and paid for by the restaurant as a sign of appreciation for Veteran's Day!! Needless to say, we were all VERY pleasantly shocked and grateful for this incredible gesture. Just another reason we will continue going back to one of our favorite restaurant's!! Oh, and everyone's meals were absolutely delicious to boot!

Great food, wait staff and open dining areas. This Firebird's does the steaks 1/2 a degree under temp, so if it doesn't suit your tastes, it doesn't take long to bring it up on the wood fired grill. 😊

We had a wonderful experience dining at Firebirds for Veterans Day Appreciation. The staff was friendly and our waiter was very attentive and provided outstanding service. We ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and it was a true delight. The meal was fresh and flavorful. We highly recommend Firebirds for a great meal and welcoming atmosphere.

Was a good day... the only criticism I would point out is that more attention is needed at the pass line before the food goes out to the customer. My wife's chicken pasta dish arrived at the table without the chicken.

Once again they've slipped back to serving mediocre steaks, unseasond prime rib, cold tator tots (even upon replacement after complaining);and horribly overcooked seasonal vegetables. Seems like this happens about every six months. We're done giving chances and will not be returning!!

Firebirds is the go to restaurant. Predictably excellent food and good service. Because of it's popularity, the only downside is that you might have along wait to be seated. Open Table is the only way to roll as you have a guaranteed reservation time.
