   Prices have really gone up, but I guess that is true everywhere. The Prime Rib was thinner than one would expect; had fat that was hard to cut through (grizzle like); and was not cooked to order (medium rare). The meat was hard to cut through, too - not sure if it was under cooked at rare or just a bad cut. I was disappointed for my husband. He did not want to send it back because we had already earlier sent back my entree salad because it had the wrong dressing. We were thus already out of sync with eating. We will go back because we have had better meals there before. I also think its not best to go to a restaurant on Mother's Day when there is bound to be a large crowd and everyone is stressed. Our waiter, however, was very good.

   Excellent server named Angel. Food and drinks were delicious. Manager visited the table. Can’t say enough good things about this visit!

   It’s was so wonderful that we decided to do it again with another group the very next day! One of the things that made it so much fun was the incredible manager who surprised our grandchildren with a delicious dessert of chocolate cake!

   The beef sliders and Parmesan fries were delicious. The service was wonderful. They definitely cut back on the amount of alcohol in their happy hour drinks. We were so glad we chose Firebirds over other restaurants in the area.

   The waiter was fantastic and made our experience very enjoyable. The food was over salted and this seems to happen on occasion as this was not the first time. However I was there a week ago and it was very good. We like firebirds but wish they could be more consistent with their food salting.

    Made reservations, but had to wait “for an open table” only to find out 1/3 of the tables were empty. Carrots under cooked. Server was sufficient, but had to ask him to speak up. A little disappointed on this visit.
