Have been going there since it opened. Great food, great service, and the VERY BEST staff and servers in town! Don't miss having lunch or dinner at Firebirds.
It was so crowded with noisy businessmen that it was difficult to carry on a conversation. My husband’s steak was very tough and full of grissle. Not sure it was worth the money.
Best beef tenderloin steaks in the area. Wine Down Monday is awesome - half priced wine by the glass and bottle.
Consistently good quality and service. I had the bacon wrapped filet with blue cheese and mushrooms, my wife had the salmon, both were done to perfection. Perfection comes with a price.
Great service. We’ve been here before and every time we get the prime rib it’s always great however this night we thought we would try a few steaks. We should have stayed with the prime rib the steaks were terrible my wife had the Fillet and I had the Aged Ribeye. I’m assuming it was just a bad night for the cuts of meats they had to choose from. Hopefully!
It was just okay.
Food was very good. I thought the prices were higher than they should have been.
Had my brothers birthday dinner here and was pleased. Our Server Kirsten was very attentive and gave a great recommendation on the chicken pasta. My favorite, she came often to refill our drinks.
Our server, Nikkie was the best!!!! We will be back.
The service was great this time. Although, I have to say that I have been there many times, and, generally speaking, the service is above average, but not to the level that you would expect for the type of restaurant and cost of food. But, overall, I would give them a very good with some outliers.
Food was very good too. I was happy with everything we ordered. I'm generally happy with everything we order.
The atmosphere is great. Nice restaurant and nice bar area. Nice outdoor area for summer and fall dining. It can get crowded, so come before six on weekends if you want a chance of eating before six. Otherwise, make a reservation.
Celebrated my anniversary with my wife. Service was excellent, food was good. A+ all around.
Seated on time as the reservation, great filets, excellent service, friendly staff.
I always have the pepper-encrusted steak, ordered rare. Tasty and a real lunchtime value. Wife had pineapple chicken and it was very good as well. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.
Food was great, bar service great, our waitress was so-so at best.
Firebirds was great for my NYE date night! The food and drinks came quickly and everything tasted great. The restaurant was packed given the occasion, but the staff was more than accommodating. The noise level was high, but when I usually come, it's quiet and perfect for intimate conversations and lunch/dinner. Firebirds is one of my favorites. Highly recommend.
We have never been disappointed at Firebirds - my husband says that the prime rib is the best!!
The food and drink were outstanding overall. Our server was very efficient and personable.
Fantastic food fantastic service fantastic atmosphere fantastic location
Jason was a very attentive waiter with great menu recommendations based on taste not price. The deviled eggs are a must!
It was amazing
There were seven of us. We enjoyed the excellent service provided by Patrick, our waiter. This was the first time any of us had been to Firebirds. He answered all of our questions about the menu choices and he, along with the support crew, provided excellent service during and after the meal. All of the food was excellent, with the exception of the lobster ordered by my dad. It is his favorite meal, but his lobster had been coated with a sauce before cooking on the wood grill. It's taste was not what he expected since lobster is usually prepared by steaming or broiling. That was the only blemish on a wonder dining experience.
When we were first seated Patrick asked if we were there to celebrate a special occasion. We told him we were celebrating the birthdays of two in our party. When the meal was over we were pleasantly surprised to have two delicious deserts and birthday cards, signed by many of the employees, delivered to those having a birthday.
I had the seared tuna spinach salad. The tuna was cooked perfectly and tasted oh so good. The greens were good as well. Loved the green goddess dressing. Our waitress was very attentive and informative. Overall a pleasant lunch.
everything was very good, service was excellent. The ribs and prime rib were very tasty
I like Firebird's for all the reasons I checked above, and even though we live in Marshall, getting there is no problem because we found another way to get there other than Route 29. I have been to Firebird's more than once. I came with my partner's family, friends, and with a club I belong too. Each experience has been good, and I will continue to come here.
Always great food and great service every time we come
As always the food was excellent however they either overbooked for Christmas Eve or were understaffed. We did not see our waiter again for quite sometime. In addition we received bread at the end of our meal, we asked for bread three times throughout. In addition, we asked for water several times, we did not receive a cooler for our wine for over 30 minutes and it had already warmed so a little disappointed. I understand it was a holiday but something went wrong with this visit.
We’ve had our family Christmas Eve Dinner here the last 7 years. This was the first time we were very disappointed. Two of the steaks came out raw, but were ordered medium. Mistakes happen, so we sent them back to be cooked a little longer. They came back rare, at best. My son ate his, but my wife picked at it. I quietly pointed it out to the waitress who said she would get a manager. A manager never showed. Unfortunately, we’ll have to find a new place for Christmas Eve next year. Definitely not worth the cost.
We booked on Christmas Eve. It was nice to see an assortment of families (with very well behaved children) and couples with almost everyone dressing up (minus the one guy who looked like he came from the gym -- surprised they let him in). Our waitress in the bar (we went for a glass of wine before dinner) to Taylor our waiter were exceptional. The food was wonderful. Only negative was the potatoes on the strip steak special. Not our favorite. The dressing on the Spinach salad was fantastic. Will be back again for a special occasion.
Christmas Eve dining.
This is the third time we have eaten at Firebirds. We have been impressed with the excellent service by the wait staff and the quality of the food.
I have been to Firebirds a number of times and find the staff poorly trained. The staff are overly-zealous and become far too personal when they arrive at the table. They lack maturity and and social graces. Management should be more mindful of the do's and don'ts re how staff should interact with customers.
Everything was perfect - food, atmosphere, staff. 5 Stars for everything.
Food and service both very good. Can be a little loud, depending on seating location. Food is a little pricey but great for a special occasion.
We had filet mignon and prime rib, which were prepared perfectly and were delicious. Sam, our server, was energetic and attentive, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable!
Second visit in a row where the steak was not cooked to order. Staff including manager responded well, recooked (the same meat) and took the meal off the bill. Just wish they would do steaks right the first time.
I was part of a holiday luncheon for 10 people. I had ordered the cilantro chicken. Halfway through my meal, I saw a hair on my plate. The hair was not mine, as it was UNDER the piece of chicken when I moved it. I of course wasn't charged for the meal, and was only offered a dessert as compensation. Not even asked if I would have liked another meal. Definitely a turn-off for going back to this restaurant. How cheap can you be? You serve me a meal with a hair in it, and you offer me DESSERT? Very poor management.
Food and service were exceptional. Prices were reasonable.
Meeting our big cousin after a couple of years.
There was a really loud holiday party but that was ok...but my steak was cold
great food, food took a long time even though restaurant was not crowded
