We booked lunch here on our way back home. Loved the fresh items on the menu. Kobe meatloaf was the best meatloaf I have ever eaten!

My portabella mushroom sandwich (minus the roll) was delicious, as were the green beans. My friend had a salad with grilled shrimp that she really enjoyed. SK's service was great. I would definitely eat here again.

We enjoy the Firebar during happy hour. The wine list is extensive. We had the crispy ribs and the bacon jalapeño deviled eggs. They we delicious. We had cheesecake for dessert.

Food was amazing, service was incredibly accommodating, and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

My waitress was honestly amazing. She was very attentive and made the experience great.

The rest of the staff made up for the inconsiderate hostess who suggested I stand at the bar for 45 minutes to wait for my reserved table because I showed up early. There were plenty of empty 2 person tables near the bar and the place wasn't crowded or busy, for a late Saturday night. Her incomprehensible negative toned response didn't need translating when I asked to sit instead of stand all that time. Sam our server was great, considerate and fast with everything. There was a tall lady server who noticed I ordered 3 veggie sides as my dinner, asking if I was vegetarian, then, offered to replace the Port Mushroom side with non-meat sauce in a jiffy. Again, considerate and observant, service oriented and kind. Alex at the bar was awesome while I waited as my friends coming from North Carolina were another 45 minutes lates to my 45 minutes early. Panko fried onion rings with dip were great. When my reservation time came up, the hostess never bother to ask if I was ready and simply ignored me when I approached their podium. I have never been treated like that by any other hostess at the different Firebird locations I have patronized. When my people finally arrived, somebody else at the podium tended to me when I went back up there. The restaurant was never busy enough to worry about a 3 person table going unused in the 3 hours total I was there. Kudos to the rest of the staff, but thumbs down to the lady with her nose in the air.

Our go to restaurant. We we celebrating our 40th anniversary. Steven was attentive, yhe food was delicious and the evening was wonderful.

We arrived a little early for our reservation and our table was already setup for us... We were greeted right away and our server was very friendly.. All the food and beverages arrived in a timely manner... Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and smell of the wood grill.. All the food was cooked perfectly including the temperatures of the steaks... Great service, Great Food, and Great Memories for my daughter’s birthday!!

I had heard good things about Firebirds so we decided to head out for dinner. I was impressed immediately about the social distancing they provided and seating us. The waiter was very pleasant and for the most part did a good job.

I ordered the corn tortilla soup as an appetizer. It was lukewarm at best. I had a salad which was good. My husband had a salmon salad and the salad was good but the salmon was not. We declined dessert.

I was upset to go to the restroom and find that the faucet and soap dispenser did not work.

Overall, average food but not worth the price.

Great server and meal! We were celebrating a new job and had a wonderful time.

We had reservations for 6:30pm and we checked in at 6:00pm and were told they are preparing the table now. Finally I checked back at 6:51pm and they had forgotten about us. After 10 more minutes are table was ready. Not the way I wanted to start a nice get together.

We felt very safe. The food and service were excellent!!

I made a reservation for 7pm. Was not seated until about an hour later.

Surf and Turf was prepared near perfectly! So delicious. Steak was tender and seasoned well. Lobster tail was spot on!

We started going to the Short Pump location because the steak quality and service had changed at the Fredericksburg location. However, the quality and service have returned. We're glad to be back!

3 girlfriends and I went for an outstanding lunch! Teal was busy but completely on top of everything. She made us feel right at home. The food came out quickly and super hot. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I went there to celebrate our 18th anniversary and we were not disappointed. Kylie was our waitress and was very good about checking with us. She explained everything and came across as very friendly and polite!! That girl needs a raise in my honest opinion. We even got a free desert to help us celebrate. Overall, the food and service were outstanding!!
