We went to the Frederick, Maryland location. Cher our server is very patient with me and my sisters. She no me and my sister say hi to each other because we haven’t seen each other for a while and she also let us order, to go without any problems. She’s an awesome person and you should value her as an employee.

Great server, good food. Enjoyed the brunch offerings. I don’t know how to rate value these days but I felt some of the menu offerings were on the pricey side given what they were. Anyway, we all enjoyed our meals and I can recommend this place.

Food was good, wine was meh, felt a bit rushed by server. She took my meal to box to take home but didn’t return in timely manner, so much so that I forgot about it and left without it.

The steak salad was disappointing. The steak was dry and had very little flavor. Our server was very attentive. We received our food in the right amount of time.

First time dinner at Firebirds in Frederick MD. We had reservations but still had to wait a while for our table ( 2 guests). We were finally seated and a few minutes later ( longer than it should have taken) our server greeted us. He was nice and attentive at first. We reviewed the menu and thought it was a bit limited in entree selections. We placed our order and it took far more time than what was expected to receive our food. Our server did check on us once while we waited but I would have expected a status of our meals more frequently. We were at the end of the first table change so meals coming from the kitchen should not have taken close to 18 to 20 min to come out. Once served the rest of the dinning experience was ok. Both entrees were ok in temperature and flavor but a bit salty. We both had the chicken caprese. Chicken was a bit tough but the portions were fairly large. Would we go there again-- probably not.

We visited Firebirds Wood Fired Grill on Father’s Day, and as expected, it was quite busy. Although our experience started off a bit rocky with an unfriendly hostess, the rest of our evening more than made up for it — thanks to our fantastic waitress. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. She stayed on top of our drinks and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. I have a food allergy, and she went above and beyond to ensure my dish was prepared safely and met my dietary needs — something I truly appreciated. My husband ordered a steak that was cooked perfectly to his liking, and I had the salmon, which was tender, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Despite the crowded atmosphere and a less-than-welcoming first impression, the food and service turned things around. We’ll definitely return — next time hoping for a warmer welcome from the front of house.
