   Was my second visit to a Firebirds. (First time was at the Gaithersburg location last year.) I enjoyed this visit a lot more (easier parking, closer to home). No complaints. Nice place, delicious food. Our server was wonderful. I'm not sure why it's a bit pricey (to me). Perhaps it's because they serve premium steaks. (I generally don't eat red meat and never order it out. I ordered the Honey Garlic Chicken which was $22.95. Good price. And tasty!) That could be the primary reason. Drink prices were on par with many restaurants. Fun music in the background. Very nice place. Enjoy!

   My husband and I ordered hamburgers and thoroughly enjoyed them. They were cooked exactly as we like them. The onion rings and tots were also excellent.

   Service was ok. Refills on drinks was a bit of a wait. The food however was not good. Steak was bland and the bacon deviled eggs were just ok. They looked better than they tasted.

    If I could give our server 10 stars I would! He was amazing! We had a party of 9 there celebrating a belated Mother’s Day- he was attentive and top off of everything! So vibrant and so much personality! He made it a truly wonderful experience!!

    We call Firebirds a 'celebration restaurant' because they are a bit pricey so we reserve eating there for special occasions. The food, from appetizers to desserts, is outstanding though and completely worth it. Their signature drinks (I'm looking at you lemon drop) are sinfully delicious and well made. Our server, Cat, was incredibly attentive and personable. She really made our meal special. Our reservation noted we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We did not get anything for free; however, they presented us with a card that had all of the staff's signatures which apparently took two days to get everyone! It was a very nice, personal touch.     This was our first visit to a Firebirds. We liked the menu, the food was very good, the service was very good. Prices are a little high, but not bad. It was cold in the restaurant and loud. We would go back.

    Reservation worked well, waiter was excellent (named Adam) Food and quality of the food was far above average. Our friend, Sonny (also known as Dave) was there; we requested him but he was busy in another section. But we got to see him and talk to him. He was our favorite waiter at UNOS in Frederick.

    We wanted somewhere to go to brunch on Mother’s Day and was pleasantly surprised to get in at Fire Bird. The other pleasant surprise was the ease of the website to arrange our reservation. Even for this 86 year old. Our complaints for your attentive staff. Our food took quite awhile to come out but considering the amount of people there it was understandable. We will certainly come back but at a less busy time. The one downfall to us was the noise level but there again the number a patron it was understandable.

    It was Mothers Day at lunch, so perhaps not the best time to judge service. Our server was harried but did a very good job despite the fact that every table and most of the bar area was filled and the place was hopping. The bar is open to the reception area and to some tables in the front of the restaurant, where we were seated, and the noise level was very high. There is a back room and there are also outside tables which might be quieter. We ordered off the weekend brunch menu and were very pleased with all dishes - one had the shrimp and grits and was very happy - the shrimps are the small kind, buried in the cheesy grits with andouille sausage so it was hard to estimate how many; two ppl had the eggs benedict with fried green tomatoes and marinated pork belly which was outstanding; one had the steak and egg bowl, which was "good but not interesting". Prices were middle range for the brunch. As one might expect, the dinner menu looks more expensive. We will definitely be going back.

    Last minutes try to find a place to eat on Mother's Day. at 11 am. Firebirds came up in Frederick. Friend that I was taking out for her birthday had been to this chain in North Carolina. Busy. Food was good. Portions were large. Nothing to complain about. Nothing to rave about either.

    I really like the concept of wood fired grilling. The food was fresh and well prepared, our server was friendly and knowledgeable. The bartenders were very pleasant and we were seated after a brief wait at the bar. This might be our new favorite for a quick, casual meal. This was our second visit to Firebirds.

    We got the ribeye, and it was delicious. The sides were very good. The friends we were with got the ribs. He said they were really good and his wife got the chicken salad that she said was delicious. We got the carrot cake to split for dessert and it was excellent. Would highly recommend that. I was not impressed with their mixed drinks. They just need some work there. However, they did replace what I had ordered with something else, so that was really nice. Our waiter was very nice.

    We met family we hadn’t seen in a long time and enjoyed our meals very much. It was, however, very difficult to sustain a conversation as we were seated right in front of kitchen and it was very loud with no barrier to cut down on the noise. The severs did a decent job, but it seemed you were a little short staffed for the size of the crowd.

    It was a rainy Saturday before Mothers Day. Firebirds was very busy but the food and service were impeccable as always. It was a new experience to try the brunch menu. We all had wonderful food. Sadly we were too full to have dessert which is also good. I highly recommend this restaurant. Make a reservation so you are sure to get in!

    If you’re looking for a private table or booth good luck as this restaurant doesn’t provide many. I got the 36.00 NY STRIP and was very underwhelmed with it. Nice big portion but lacked any flavor whatsoever. House salad was great I’ll say that.

    First time visiting this new location. I made a reservation and was greeted at desk. I was immediately seated. Very nice decor. We were seated in a booth which was very spacious. Our waitress, came right over and greeted us. She was very courteous. After she answers all our questions and we place our orders. There was an issue in the kitchen with one meal and our waitress explained the situation. She also informed the manager who quickly came over and apologized. It really wasn’t a huge deal. Our waitress and the manager stopped by a few times to make sure we were happy with our meals. Everything was very good. Steaks doneness was exactly what I requested. I will definitely return. May try lunch. Thank you to our waitress and manager for ensuring we enjoyed the food and service.
