   Our server, Logan, was excellent. We were seated quickly, order was taken and drinks brought out in a reasonable amount of time. We were checked on for our satisfaction and to see if we needed anything appropriately. Our meals were delicious and hot. Dessert was amazing! We will definitely return as Firebirds has become a favorite for our family.

   Greeter was great! She wished us. Services was just ok. We set outside so I guess we were not checked on as much, can’t really tell how service. But food was amazing as always! Great portions very very fresh and delicious great presentation.

   My wife and I had an enjoyable and delicious meal at Firebirds in Frederick, Maryland. Our receptionist as well as waitstaff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience when I visit this establishment and will definitely make another trip within the coming days.

   6 family members celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. Food was fantastic and service was great (Eli was our server). A bit pricey, yes. But a great experience overall, so worth it.

   They had a hard time making my wife's aged ribeye steak medium rare. The first one was rare. Second, not much better over cooked my tomahawk pork chop. I am not a fan of food runners. If it's wrong, you have to flag down your server. Price is too high for not good quality.

   Waitress and service was outstanding. Food was excellent as well. Food prices are on the high end, but not too excessive for a special occasion. Only knock was the noise level, which is a problem in many restaurants and the overall decor didn’t seem to quite match the food and price level….

   The food was actually ok, but cold. We patiently waited for our food for over 45 minutes. We were a group of 3 and we all ordered the same meal (hot honey chicken biscuit - brunch) Unfortunately there was nothing hot about it, all of our food was cold when it finally arrived. The food actually tasted like it would have been good, if only it had at least been warm, if not hot. The older male manager could not care less that our meals took for ever to arrive and were all cold. A younger female manager did appoligize for the delay, but unfortunately at this point our Mother's Day Brunch was a bust. Given the simplicity of our order and our patience, we really should have at least received warm food.

    Service is excellent. Wait staff constantly moving no rest! Food came out incredibly fast. We had three of the 3-course meals. Hardly any waiting for food, our waitress was attentively perfect, made sure we finished our course before bringing the next course with perfect time to transition. Food was hot, fresh and tasty!
