Food & service was good but preparation took too long with no explanation. Since there was only three other tables with clients, very visible there was a problem in the kitchen.

We have been eating at this location since their opening in May 2022. This visit was the best service to date!! Our server was courteous, friendly and professional. We were totally surprised that he actually knew the menu- that’s a true professional! The food presentation, taste and value was fantastic. The expresso martini was delicious. It was a great experience. We give thanks to Firebirds who has always supported the military. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Service was good. Ambulance is nice. Bread is terrible. Might as well not offer bread. It is hard and tasteless and dense.

Waitress was HORRIBLE. Brought soup first. Forgot to put appetizer order in. Told us they were out of brownies then found out that wasn’t true. Food less than mediocre. Meat fatty. Negative experience for a family dinner on Mother’s Day

We had virtually no wait time in getting seated. Service was prompt and attentive. The food was all tasty. As first time guests, it was a great experience.

Service was slower than normal, I get it that it was Mother's day and they were busy, an hour after ordering food is just way too long and forcing customers to order from the dinner menu in place of the smaller portion lunch menu is a bit greedy for the restaurant. The screaming children with parents ignoring them is just bad parenting and not really the restaurants fault. It would be nice to have a child free dining experience kind of like the old days of smoking and nonsmoking dining areas.
