Firebirds Fort Mill was a wonderful dining experience for celebrating our Granddaughter's Birthday dinner. Our server made the experience even better!

Lunch at 11:45 on Monday. Not at all crowded. We had a simple BLT salad with waters. Salads were bigger than I expected but I ate it all! Filled with bacon and tomatoes with romaine and iceberg lettuce. Everything was cut in bite sizes so it was an easy to eat salad. I loved the homemade ranch dressing. Of course, their bread is always amazing. Our service was excellent provided by Michelle. It was a great experience. Highly recommend for lunch.

There for Fathers Day and had a nice dinner. Unfortunately my MR steak was Medium Well and the recook didn’t get out before my wife and daughter finished their meals. The food was very good when it came out. The first steak should’ve never been sent. It was crispy on the outside and I cut it down the middle once received because I could tell. They comped the steak as they should’ve. The mistake was handled properly and I will go again.

Busy Fathers Day brunch had waitress flustered but GM sorted us out wonderfully. Food was exemplary and timely

We had such a good experience at the Firebirds in Charlotte and we’re so excited to try the one in Fort Mill. Made the reservation 6 weeks in advance and requested a booth. When we arrived hostess said no booths were available and everyone requests booths. Funny thing but there were 2 open ones so we asked if we could have one. We were told those were reserved. Really ???? About 5 minutes after we were seated I got a notification our table was ready. Went to ask server if maybe that was our booth and she said no, it must have been a delay in their system. Food was delicious but noise level was much higher in this location. Server was great but hurried us through our meal even though no one was waiting for tables as we left. Won’t be back to this location. We will go up to Charlotte

Enjoyed a nice brunch for Father's Day. My husband liked the added touch of being given a $10 gift card for a future visit. It was nice that they showed appreciation for the dads that wee there that day.

The service provided by our waitress and greeter was commendable. However, the experience was significantly marred by the extended wait times for both our food, which exceeded one hour, and our bill, which took over thirty minutes to arrive. It appears that the establishment was ill-prepared for the increased demand during the Father's Day weekend. During our visit, we observed several customers leaving shortly after being seated, likely in response to the prolonged wait. This experience was profoundly disappointing.
