Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Erie
Lobster was not cooked all the way, Filet was over cooked, ordered it medium rare, it was medium, and tough
Service felt rushed to get the table.
We were greeted warmly when we entered. They asked if we were celebrating anything and I told them our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our server, I believe his name was Tyler, wished us a Happy Anniversary and was an excellent server. Our food was delicious and then he brought us a complementary delicious dessert on a board where the staff wrote Happy 50th Anniversary. It was an excellent evening.
We always have a good meal
Chicken wings are my hubby’s favorite
Typical chain restaurant food. Very average quality and service.
Love the Millcreek Firebirds! Great food, great service. Clean and great looking decor!
The server did not see that we had requested a booth, but she quickly corrected it when we told her, and cleared off another booth for us.
The peppercorn sirloin was the most tender sirloin I've ever had. The fiance's ribeye was cooked perfect! Even the baked potato was outstanding!! We will definitely be back. It is a little pricey. But it was the perfect Valentine's date night. And I definitely recommend reservations. We had reservations, and tons of other people were waiting or could not get in because they didn't make any
Arrived early and sat at bar. Enjoyed the seared Ahi Tuna very much. Bar tenders were very personable and helpful. Enjoyed the slow burn margaritas. Server was great. The chilly rubbed steak was a excellent cut and grilled perfectly. Enjoyed the visit with Manager. Thanks for a great evening to the entire staff. We will be back.
This was our second time eating at Firebirds at the Millcreek Mall and both times were great! We will definitely come again. Also we reserved our table online 3 weeks ago and using the app was easy. We called ahead the day of to request a certain table and the manager and staff were helpful and accommodating. Thank you!
Valentine days with hubby
Great Valentine's Day dinner
We were there for Valentine’s Day. We frequent here about once a week and find a pattern that on the holidays the quality is not maintained. We were there for New Years Eve too. We did have good service and always make the best of a night out. Will not change our returning on a regular evening.
Very nice servers, very polite all around, was on the noisier side but it was Valentine’s Day so very busy.
Always great wait staff and menu/food is always accommodating.
Firebirds is our "go to place" for special occasions or to just have a very good dinner. Have visited more than 25 times and never had a bad meal. Outstanding steaks, great seafood, fascinating drinks, and timely specials are appreciated. The service is exceptional with every member of the wait staff attentive to our needs. That special attention we receive from all makes this restaurant stand out and the final result is a very special night out.
Good family dinner enjoyed by all
Food is amazing. Would recommend to friends. It was very busy so the noise level was higher and the service was not as fast but still very good.
Great place good food just a little on pricey side for portions you get.
My husband and I were in the Erie area on business. We are in the meat business; however, we eat more seafood than meat dishes. We have dined at your restaurant last April after working the local food service company’s food show. The food scene for somewhat finer dining in the Erie area is somewhat limited. You have a very nice restaurant and the decor and atmosphere is great. We had wonderful service and everyone we had contact with did a fantastic job.
I understand that the term “wood fired” tends to refer to meat items; however, I do wish you would offer a little more of a variety when it comes to seafood. I realize you are part of a chain, and therefore, are limited.
Great food. was a bit noisy but it was also filled to full capacity of people.
Good food. Good service. Would like the menu to change a little more often.
Food was ok. Came out room temperature at most. After waiting, wasn't worth sending back. Drinks were above average. Waiter was awesome, very attentive. Wait time, however was not. Had a 7:30 reservation, arrived early and still waited over 30 minutes past the reservation time to get seated (waited a total of about 50 minutes). Hostess told us they were busy, and they were...but also said they had a lot on the "wait list" and they work them in between the reservations. People just walking in were told an hour wait, and were getting seated before us. We waited 50 minutes, so what's the point in making a reservation????
We come to Firebirds frequently and I would say it seemed off this time, very long wait for food and for bill. The one criticism I would say is that when people who do not have reservations to be seated before people with reservations because the staff has a feeling that the reservations would still be able to be seated on time and then your reservation people end up waiting 40 minutes beyond their reservation time should not happen. We checked in 10 minutes early and were told that we would be seated right about our scheduled time and then multiple tables were taken before us which then delayed us getting a table. Reservations should take priority.
Favorite restuarant in the area. Food is great. Staff is wonderful and very attentive. We enjoy our meal everytime we go there.
I had a table for ten, table was not ready on time, service was slow and quality of the steaks is not worth the amount charged.
Very nice dinner. Prime rib was excellent as was the filet. Loved the creme brûlée cheesecake. We would definitely come back. Thank you.
Very nice facility. Food was great as was the service
Good food, good service. Recommend the warm brownie dessert! Great ambiance.
Made it really special for Daddy Daughter date night after winter formal.
The service is always great. And the food is terrific. It is definitely my go-to restaurant.
The food was great. The waitress seemed overwhelmed but was still very kind and efficient. You leave smelling like a smokey grill but it was worth it.
Was good. Little noisy. Not where you want to go if you’re trying to have conversation.
Nice Meal on a busy night. Staff and food were great!
Probably one of the best Erie Restaurants, I'd go there anytime.
New Years Eve. The quality of the food and service not the usual that I have experienced. We go to this restaurant almost once a week and this wAs not typical.
Always a nice visit when we go to Firebirds. It was New Year's Eve so it was a little busier than normal and our waitress was in a real hurry, but otherwise everything was great!
We had a great meal on NYE! We made a reservation for 6:30 but weren’t seated until 6:45. There were also two issues with our orders. But overall our food was very good and came quickly despite them being pretty busy. We highly recommend the lobster queso appetizer it was awesome!
It was our 25th Anniversary. My Filet was awesome, melt in your mouth.... but my husbands steak was a little tough and my baked potato was way over cooked, tasted horrible. For the prices you pay and the simplicity of a baked potato I expected more.
Good experience. Had a 6pm reservation and got in quickly. I did feel like we waited a while for our meal but we did have appetizers as well and they were great. We were there a total of 2 hours and I did not eat all of my food. Too the rest to go. Overall, it was a good meal with adequate service.
We had an exceptional dining experience. Customer service was above and beyond.
