    We had a good waitress named Ray. She handled 6 people very well. It is too loud in the restaurant....you almost have to yell to be heard while talking. The BLT salad is my all time favorite dish. We really enjoyed the onion rings and the deviled eggs. We to Firebirds alot.

    We love Firebirds and had an opportunity to have dinner outside last night. Aaron waited on us and did a spectacular job of suggesting great drinks and appetizers. Dinner was delish. Always a pleasure to dine here!

    We went to Firebird’s for dinner on the final day of the Labor Day weekend. Had reservation so there was no wait, and were given a booth as requested. My wife and I both ordered the full rack of ribs, that came with two sides. We both ordered the stuffed baked potato, which was excellent, and paid the up-charge to get the BLT salad, which we love. The ribs were wonderful, and neither my wife or I could finish. We each took home a third or more of our rib order. The waiter was a good guy, but could have been more attentive. The table, seating, and ambiance are okay, but nothing special. The food and menu is however, quite good.

    The food is always terrific and the premises are kept clean. The wait staff is outstanding. We even told the manager last night how much we appreciate the restaurant.

    Great service -- greeted immediately at the door upon arrival, seated promptly, attentive but not overbearing server -- but a very noisy space and also quite warm. Servers were visibly sweating and may 80-year-old mom said she was too warm which never happens. Grilled salmon and spinach salad was excellent and everybody enjoyed the other food.

    We made a reservation as usual and were seated immediately. It took a bit to get our orders taken as well as drinks from the bar as it was very busy. However food was timely, wait staff kept an eye on drinks and stopped several times to check on us. Food was very good: salmon, steaks, chicken tortilla soup, loaded baked potato, veggies -all yummy.

    We had reservations for my birthday, but no one at the restaurant took notice of this special occasion. We were seated once again at a table in the middle of the room in front of the fireplace. Service was okay, but the staff member forgot to put in the appetizer and it arrived after the main was served. The au Gratin potatoes were not up to standard. Wouldn't order that again. I had to ask for a refill on beverages. Don't know if I will make the effort to go back anytime soon.

    Food was good as always. My only complaint was it was very warm in the restaurant but I know it was hot outside as well. It was a special day for us and staff was excellent.

    We ordered various alcohol drinks, but sent them all back because they tasted like juice. Apparently they're pre-made and there's no alcohol added to them. Not worth the money. Our servers were both patient and attentive!

    I have ordered and enjoyed the bacon-wrapped filet several times in the past, and it was always excellent. I have always ordered it "medium well," and it has always been tender and juicy, despite being cooked through. I hadn't been back in about a year, and things seem to have changed, and not for the better. Last night, the "medium well" steak was tough and rubbery. Very disappointing. Also, my favorite salad had been removed from the menu. And the beer selection was poor — there was no beer menu, and the server led off with a list of mass-produced light beers and couldn't even remember them all. This has been my go-to place to bring out-of-town guests, but I doubt I'll be back.

    I love firebirds food, drinks, and their dining environment. I visit often for happy hour and brunch. They recently rolled out a new happy hour menu so I was excited about that. Their chicken pasta for dinner is always a hit. I tried their crab cakes and eggs on Sunday for weekend brunch and it was everything. My plus one really enjoyed the tenderloin burrito as well. Their brunch drinks are regular brunch prices, with about 5-6 on the cocktail menu. Our server was super nice and helpful and checked on us often.

    The food was absolutely delicious! There was a rowdy table that drove the noise level way up. Not the responsibility of the restaurant. Xavier was the best server I have ever had the joy of meeting. I recommend this place for any occasion, just be sure to ask for him!

    Good food but service is very slow so be sure you are not in a rush to go home. The drinks (alcohol) are not as strong as they should be. The air conditioning was out so everyone including the staff was uncomfortable. The staff did accommodate my group so thank you.

    We got the steak-frites special. It was remarkably good, The meat was exceedingly tender and flavorful. The service was attentive without being obtrusive. The facility is immaculately clean, including the restrooms.

    I had a reservation for 10. The staff was extremely helpful and we had multiple waiters assisting our table. All the food was excellent from the appetizers to dessert. I’m so glad we went and would highly recommend

    The waiter was fantastic and the lobster spinach dip was great. The rest of the food was served lukewarm and/or cold. Chicken and shrimp for the salad - “wood fire grilled” but cold. The southwest augratin potatoes came out in a piping hot bowl and they were, … can you guess…. ICE cold. As if they’d been frozen and stuck in the microwave for a minute. The cheese was melted on top but the potatoes were straight from the ice box. We’d get the dip again, but nothing else.
