we had a reservation for 10, it eventually was 9 that attended. it was very nice to fellowship with family at Firebirds and the food was delicious, we had 3 children and 6 adults. the kids menu was very good, the best I've seen at a restaurant.

Went for veterans special, matching same or lessor value. We both had great meals, baby back ribs and salmon dinner. Ribs dry no sauce, excellent taste, and the salmon was perfect. Best part was pour server, she was really on the ball, and a pleasure to be around. Go to Firebirds you can't go wrong, has great Happy hour too. Salads to steaks all good.

We chose Firebirds to catch up with an old friend, and celebrate some recent wins at work. We wanted a place with a nice atmosphere, good food and drinks, where we could talk comfortably. Firebirds delivered on all those points! The evening was wonderful, and the service made everything effortless, so we could concentrate on the conversation and enjoying the food. Thanks for a great evening!

Medium filet was completely undercooked. More raw than the rare one that was also ordered. Food that was cooked correctly was just ok at best. Nothing we ordered wowed us in any way. They can not compete with any other restaurant in the same price range. We will not go back.

This was a rare occasion…the chance to take your 83 year old mom and her 80 year aunt out to Firebirds. They’ve had lunch there several times, never dinner because they didn’t like to drive at night. Food was fabulous!!! Service impeccable. The very best piece (quality and size) of Prime Rib I’ve ever eaten!!!and I’ve had plenty. Called over the manager to tell her what a great experience. So, will be back for sure!!

I've consistently cherished this establishment for its warm and inviting ambiance, accompanied by exceptional service. During my recent visit, I opted for the Chilean sea bass, which proved to be incredibly delectable, albeit the portion size was somewhat modest. The Restaurant has always been good with large groups. The Manager went out of his way to help because the restaurant was busy. He allowed us to bring a cake for a Birthday celebration. The Waitress Heather went out of her way and even cut the cake for us. Will return.

Our server was nice. A bit of confusion by the hostess upon arrival with the table/seating. When food & drinks arrived to the table it was like a cattle call. “Who ordered water?, who ordered lemonade? coke for him and sprite for her?” Ribeye for you? NY strip for him? Unusually unorganized and occasionally seeming chaotic this evening. Especially after having talked the place up to our guests when we recommended it as a great place to gather & celebrate it kinda disappointed a bit but all in all a good night celebrating Mom’s 82nd bday. Maybe not the best choice for large parties and better experiences/service when you’re a smaller party? The restaurant was busy for a Sunday evening which may have also played a part.

First off, the food was great, as always. Our server was one of the best we’ve had in a very long time. I unfortunately do not remember her name but she was in the section right outside the expo line. Unfortunately the hostess really ruined the arrival experience for us and almost made us leave. We walk into the restaurant and ask for a table for 4. She explains it’s going to be a 35 min wait. I look around and see MANY open tables. I ask “are these tables open seating?” Thinking maybe they were because of the bar area or maybe you cut a sever or something. She said “no, they are for people waiting on the waitlist”. Weird… but said ok, put me on the “waitlist”. I get put on the waitlist and because I run a restaurant and bar, realize it’s the opentable waitlist that I use. I pull up the open table app to see where I am on the waitlist….. IM THE ONLY ONE!!! I didn’t make a fuss and continue to wait…. And wait… and wait. Then, another couple comes up and gets seated right away !! Pull up reservations at this point…. Wide open. Made the reservation and went back to the hostess. Asked her if my table was ready yet, and if not, I have a reservation. She said oh, I see your reservation.. I have a table for you. I really don’t appreciate being lied to or dismissed clearly because they refused to do their jobs. They were too busy hanging out and talking to each other, that they were turning away business for you. Give props to the sever and kitchen staff though for turning the experience around.
