Good food. Great happy hour. Service was excellent.
We were celebrating an 80th birthday. Tristan, our server was the best and we appreciated the manager (I did not get his name unfortunately) stopping by to wish Dolly a happy birthday. Unsure of a wine, Tristan offered to let me sample but I declined. His description was spot on. The restaurant was extremely clean and we had no worries about over the limit or inappropriate distancing. Our meals were delicious and it was a wonderful celebration!
Loved the quiet atmosphere filled with the smell of good food! My shrimp and strawberry salad coupled with a great Shiraz was perfect. Looking forward to next time 👍
Great food, great atmosphere, and great waiter, Kyle. Kyle made the meal very enjoyable in every way.
I dined with my wife and 2 adult children. The food and service are good at a reasonable price. I had the ribs which were fine but nothing special. Everyone was satisfied. We dine here periodically. It's a good spot.
Excellent food, steaks were very tender and tasty.
As always everything was great. Never had a bad meal
Lobster Spinach Queso appetizer and Cremebrul cheesecake were fantastic. Beef (filet and steak) were average.
I would have given this visit 5 stars but chose to give it 4 because our food was spaced out appropriately. We ordered and appetizer, salad and our main course. Our salads came before our appetizer. Having worked as a waitress it is about how the order is placed or possibly a mix up in the kitchen. But the overall experience was as good as the first time I ate there.
For a married couple with two young kids, date nights are rare opportunities. When a "white whale" weekend date comes up, you hope for perfection.
8:00 dinner reservation is the earliest option for dinner. No problem, ax throwing earlier in the evening and time for a beer on the way to dinner.
We arrive 10 minutes early and are told it'll likely be right at 8:00 that we are called for a table. The frustration comes when you're still standing around waiting to be called at 8:20 and finally seated at 8:30. It seemed as we waited past our allotted reservation time that people showed up after us and were seated sooner.
Dinner tasted incredible, she had a steak salad. I enjoyed a Aged Ribeye. Prime Rib was sold out by the time we were seated and there were limited options for sides due to how busy they were.
We likely would eat there again, but I was displeased with their reservation and seating process.
Server was very attentive and friendly. Food was great. Loved the lobster spinach dip! Definitely will return!
Best hamburgers that three of the party had ever had.
I had the center cut sirloin, and it was also excellent.
There was to be an extended Valentine special for couples...no information at table or from server. Steak was fairly good portion..but overcooked and tough. Pretty expensive for the quality. Also pretty crowded for social distancing..No tables were alternated.
We thoroughly enjoyed the Table for Two dinner special. Our filets were wonderful, as was the Ahi tuna appetizer.
Everything about the experience was a plus, the service, the food, and atmosphere.
We made a reservation and showed up a bit early. We were told by the hostess to wait in our car and we would be called when the table was ready. About 10 minutes after our scheduled reservation, we went back to the hostess, who seemed to have forgotten about us. We waited a few more minutes for a table to be ready. Our server seemed like she didn’t want to be there, she seemed annoyed by taking our order and answering simple questions. The food was great as usual but the service was not good at all. Hoping we just had a bad experience and it will be better next time.
This was my first time at Firebirds. My food was excellent and the meals of my three lunch companions looked delicious. The complimentary birthday cheesecake dessert was exquisite.
Great service. Excellent food. Great atmosphere.
The ‘Table for 2’ filet and sides and dessert were excellent. Wonderful, very accommodating server too..!
It was awesome as always!!!!! Our waitress was Hanna and she was super!!!!!!
Cons: Waited 45 mins to be seated for our 7:15 reservation
Brought one bread out for a party of 6, had to ask for more
Peppercorn sirloin was very rare, had to send back. Ordered med rare
Had to seek the waitress out several times. Not enough stops at our table.
Pro: brought us an appetizer on the house for our long wait.
Too crowded, it seemed.
Jesus was an exceptional server...patient, efficient, attentive.
We were seated quickly, serviced right away and the food was fantastic
Our server was great, the food was great....nice evening.
The food is always fantastic and great wine. Servers are always happy, polite and efficient. Definitely my absolute favorite restaurant.
Firebirds servers are great, Hannah was even better.
Firebirds have the best steaks in town. I usually don’t eat beef but I cannot pass up a fillet at Firebirds. Also their double black diamond martini it’s just delicious.
Valentine’s Day, had a get time and a great meal. Thank you
Andrew Kuron
Very nice place. Food was very good. Brought out wrong wine and tried to charge me double till I let them know their mistake.
We went for Valentine’s Day. We had the Special with the twin Filets. They were outstanding. Our server Amy was knowledgeable and the GM Eric came to the table to ask how everything was. I don’t know why anyone would go to Morton’s when there is a Firebird’s nearby.
We had an small issue with a gift card and it was handled with grace. Keep up the good work!
Truly just perfect! Our server, Vince, was outstanding and extremely attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable!
Very good food it’s our # 1 place for fine dining
