Food was good but not very hot, Baked potatoe was hot but topping was cold

Overall a great visit—
We were there for my wife’s birthday and they said Happy Birthday when we arrived. I thought they may have offered a small desert or something for the birthday but they did not.... overall the food and service was great!

The double diamond drink was spectacular

We like Firebirds, but not for their steaks. My wife's filet was overcooked and my center cut sirloin was the end cut. Steak salad is great and so is Ahi Tuna appetizer

Was not over excited about quality of dinner. Expected a lot more based on previous reviews. To each, perception is reality. Several of us had the wood grilled salmon. Being a cook myself, I can say with confidence that this was not something I’d ever order or recommend to others.

Fantastic dinner. Atmosphere is really nice. One of the best waitresses we’ve ever had.

My chili-rubbed Southwest-style Porterhouse was perfect. Our server was friendly & attentive. Wish there were more Firebirds locations in our area (SW Pa.) but the Cranberry site gave us the opportunity to have dinner with friends who live near it.

Even though there are so many great entree choices, I keep going back to the Shrimp and Strawberry Salad. 3/4 of us got salads and they are just so good! We noticed the kitchen staff wearing masks, which honestly we haven't seen at any other restaurant we have been to. They take the Covid precautions seriously here with social distancing of tables, as well. It is much appreciated!

food and service horrible. Wasn't offered a refill until after meal was being removed from table. Took one bite of the salmon and could tell it was old. Had a very fishy taste, texture heavy and wet, chewy.

We had heard many good things about this restaurant and had such high expectations. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered a filet mignon with broccoli, and the broccoli was barely cooked. Some pieces were cooked and some pieces were raw. Not a fan. My dad ordered ribs and said they were a bit dry and tasteless. My mom got the prime rib and said the same thing. She offered me a bite of her mashed potatoes and they were completely flavorless. I was very disappointed to say the least. Not sure if it was just a bad night for the kitchen or what, but we most likely will not be returning for dinner. The food was not what we were expecting, especially for the price.

First, our waiter and his service was very good.
Our food was good, what little we got. For $67, my husband got a coke, slice of prime rib and baked potato. I ordered a 7 oz filet (but got maybe a small 4oz filet) and mixed veggies and tea. NO appetizers, alcohol, salads or desserts.
So the main reason we will not return is the value of the food for the price is not worth it. With an expensive entree, you should at least get a salad and side, or 2 sides. But the main complaint was when the waiter asked if I wanted 7 oz filet or 9 oz. so I chose the 7 oz. knowing that was more than what I prefer, as usually most places offer 4 oz or 8 oz. Well what I got was definitely 4 oz. or less and small bowl of mixed veggies for $30.

Firebirds consistently provides a nice atmosphere, as well as a diverse menu and adult beverage offerings; and this visit did not disappoint!

We came for the NY strip steak special- we weren’t disappointed! Everything was excellent, especially the Parmesan mashed potatoes. Never had a bad meal here. Our waitress was very accommodating- made for a very enjoyable meal.

First time dining at Firebirds. Very impressed with everything! Food was great! And reasonably priced! Should have come here sooner, and will again!

We chose the spot for a girls night out birthday celebration and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic! We will definitely be coming back.

Haven’t been there since you opened because of a bad experience but this time was excellent! We will be back!
