Our server, Allison was awful. We gave her our drink order, waited about 10 minutes then she came back and asked what we wanted to drink. She disappeared continuously throughout our visit. Worst service we have had at any restaurant in a long time. Firebirds is not the place for this young woman to be working. All of our other visits here have been very good. Unfortunately this bad server ruined the entire experience.

Problem with their printers cause a delay in getting orders into the kitchen. Therefore we waited about 40 minutes for our food. Everyone was apologetic, especially the wonderful waitress. We received a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. Steak was a little more done than medium - but I wasn't sending it back and increasing the wait time!

We waited 70 minutes for our food and there was a giant black hair in my salad. The restaurant was dirty as well as the ladies room. I will not be back and the manager came to my table for 3 seconds and basically said sorry, but could have cared less. The waitress was unfriendly, seemed very annoyed, it was my worst experience to fire birds. I will not be back!

The food was fantastic, the wait time was good; however, our server was in a terrible mood; rolled her eyes at questions, walked away without answering, and gruffly set things on the table. She only became friendly at check time-however, everyone else was pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend-but if I go back-I would request a different server.

Perfect food just what I had a taste for as usual. Also, waiting services and helpful menu recommendations as well!! Always a home run when I make Firebirds my choice of dining!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
