Always enjoy Firebirds Cranberry. Great service at the bar, and our server was very attentive. Following our dinner order, it took an extraordinary amount of time to receive our food. We found the meals that we ordered, just okay (Meatloaf, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and Garlic Sirloin). Will definitely give it another try. Normally our dinners are outstanding, and we didn't leave restaurant being 100% satisfied as we normally are.

I never feel like the service is great here. It’s just ok. The food is overpriced. It’s good but not amazing. I always feel rushed like the staff is trying to get you in and out. It’s always very loud.

Our server, Allison was awful. We gave her our drink order, waited about 10 minutes then she came back and asked what we wanted to drink. She disappeared continuously throughout our visit. Worst service we have had at any restaurant in a long time. Firebirds is not the place for this young woman to be working. All of our other visits here have been very good. Unfortunately this bad server ruined the entire experience.

Problem with their printers cause a delay in getting orders into the kitchen. Therefore we waited about 40 minutes for our food. Everyone was apologetic, especially the wonderful waitress. We received a $10 gift card for the inconvenience. Steak was a little more done than medium - but I wasn't sending it back and increasing the wait time!

We waited 70 minutes for our food and there was a giant black hair in my salad. The restaurant was dirty as well as the ladies room. I will not be back and the manager came to my table for 3 seconds and basically said sorry, but could have cared less. The waitress was unfriendly, seemed very annoyed, it was my worst experience to fire birds. I will not be back!
