    We have been here a few times now, and this experience was the worst by far. Our waitress seemed like she forgot about us after our entrees were served, lavishing attention on the table directly across from us instead. The pasta dish one person had wasn’t at the right temperature and the amount of chicken in it was sparse. We could not have this addressed as our waitress never checked in. One of our steaks was not cooked to the order but was eaten anyway as, again, the waitress never checked in. Two people ordered the 3 course dinners, and the other two people in the group were not offered the option to order dessert. One of the people who didn’t get the dessert was the person whose birthday we were there to celebrate. Waters were not refilled. We were not offered more bread. We did not feel special or respected. It very much felt like having a simple meal was an inconvenience.

    Filet was seasoned well but tasted pre-frozen — dry. The bread was just in, the salmon was overcooked, the blt salad was good. Live the atmosphere. The queso was the best part of the meal.

    Perhaps a bad night at Firebirds. I rarely ever complain, but my steak was not edible. I do give the server and manager kuddos, for handling the issue in the most professional way. But most disturbing for me was the noise level.

    The restaurant offered many choices for dinner at a reasonable cost. All four of us got different foods and were very pleased with our meal.If we visit the area again I would try to return.

    I never had to”saw” through a rack of ribs to pull apart. A little dry and tough. Wait staff was great a usual.
