Great place! Will definitely be back and recommend to others! Thank you!
Outside seating was amazing! One server for the whole outside and he was awesome. Def will be back!
This is our second year of celebrating my husband’s birthday at Firebirds I must say it was a most pleasurable evening. Everyone has a fabulous meal and great service. We will definitely be returning in the near future
We were able to get seated before our reservations. Drinks were great. Food was better than expected. Definitely well visit again.
Excellent service and food…Adam, our waiter was friendly and a pleasure to talk to!
Our serve was a bit overwhelmed but did a great jib being it was only his third shift ever
Firebirds was an excellent choice for a long-overdue date night with my wife. Our waiter, Jared, was phenomenal, the patio was really nice for a late afternoon/early evening dinner. My wife had the salmon (fantastic) and I had the fillet mignon (incredible). And the baked potato was really good. We finished it off by taking the carrot cake home with us. The carrot cake was enormous; the menu notes that it feeds 2 or 3 people.
Simply a wonderful experience.
Excellent food and our waiter, Domenic, was the best!
The service was sloooow, the servers were friendly but slow!!!!
We arrived at 4PM for our reservation and requested outdoor seating. The four of us placed our drink orders. I requested a Peach Bellini if they could make it and was told that they could. After everyone else at the table got their cocktails/wine, I finally got mine. It was more like a slushy which was ok, but I had to use a straw. I took a sip and it was so tart from the lemon that it had no resemblance to any other Bellini I'd ever had. I stirred it thoroughly with my straw and it did not improve. I asked the waiter if there had been a mistake and that I couldn't drink it due to how lemony tart it was. I asked for just a Prosecco. The waiter said the bartender claimed to have used all of the correct ingredients for the Bellini and I said that there must have been a double dose of lemon. We were charged for BOTH drinks.
The service was not the best even though they were not busy. After our main meal, we waited 20 minutes to be asked if we wanted dessert or anything more. The help were all busy cleaning the other tables and standing around. There was only one other occupied table on the patio besides ours.
Thank goodness the food was good. Three of us had salads, two with steak & one with shrimp and my husband had the meatloaf.
Kitchen was a bit of a cluster. Food timing was bad, server was trying to manage but it was clear that food prep wasn’t getting it done. Wife’s steak on her steak salad was cold so they remade it.
The did comp the salad but the evening was sort of disjointed because we weren’t able to eat together. We will not give up on FBs but it want the greatest experience. Shout out to Manager and the server that tried their hardest.
Good food, great service, even better drinks. The steaks seem a little under quality for the price though.
Service was so slow, manager acted like we inconvenienced him when we asked him for something. Kids food was dried out and cold.
Tim was a phenomenal server - we couldn’t have felt more at ease, and the table never lacked for anything. Food was great and the portions were far beyond adequate. Would go back anytime & look forward to the dog bag take home with glee.
Great flavor in the salmon. You definitely want to try it.
Great service and great food!
A little noisy, but beautiful restaurant!
Very disappointing experience for my anniversary dinner. The filet was so badly undercooked it was not even edible. Sent back only to have it overcooked and the now charred bacon wrap was unrecognizable but easily removed. While they aren't charging a top steakhouse price it was still $30, so I couldn't believe they sent it back to me looking the way it did.
They also serve their Merlot ice cold. Like ice cold from the fridge. This was disappointing as well as it was my second choice when I was informed the wine I had ordered they were out of. Interestingly, I counted 3 bottles of that wine on their wine wall...
In fairness, someone did come to apologize for the filet, but they certainly didn't provide me a filet as I had ordered it when they 'fixed' it by overcooking it and it was the first chewy filet I think I've ever had so that was bonus? They also did not provide any compensation whatsoever for the horrendously disappointing experience start to finish.
The server was great, though. She was the bright spot in the whole thing.
Our only “complaint” was that we were seated in the middle of the room, so it was a little more noisy and chaotic than we anticipated because there were large groups on either side of us.
My colleagues hosted a graduation dinner for me at the Polaris location. I have been to this restaurant 3 times prior to this event, and expected great food, ambiance, and service. Unfortunately, everything was lacking except the ambiance. We waited over an hour for dinner orders to be taken, and this was only because we had to flag down the waitress to get her attention. After we addressed our concerns about the wait time, our waitress handed us over to another person who did not come to the table for another 45 minutes. When the food arrived, it was sub par. We were not allowed to participate in happy hour because our party was too big for the bar area, but they were also unable to accommodate seating for a party of 11 when we had reservations for 12. The manager seemed a little frazzled and attributed the poor service to COVID. Needless to say, I nor my colleagues will be returning to dine or have drinks at this location in the future.
Amazing service and amazing food love love love this restaurant.
I really appreciate the Memorial Day celebration at Firebirds.
We were offered a free dinner because my husband is veteran. We think that is a thoughtful idea to show appreciation for our service members. We had a lovely dinner with friends.
The food was great, our waiter was lovely will definitely come back
Very appreciative of restaurant allowing veterans to eat free on Memorial Day. Thank you. Only problem was misunderstanding about how much salads would cost. We thought they would be less with entrees.
Everything was delicious! Both of us got the salmon and it was perfectly cooked. The fresh vegetables was a different and tasty mix. My date said the carrot cake was phenomenal!
Celebrating Memorial Day. Great food, great service. Delicious!! Firebirds is a top notch restaurant.
Food was great and there was so much of it too. Our waitress was fabulous and so friendly. And what was really great to see was the fact so many were not wearing masks! Great to be getting back to normal!!!
Overall great experience. Seated in enclosed patio. Warm at first but they accommodated by opening up retractable blinds and turning on ceiling fans. Quite comfortable thereafter.
Our experience was great. The food was tasty. The wait and management staff were very professional.
Great wine selection and the wood fired grill is amazing. Had the Prime Rib and it was cooked to perfection.
Great food… open on Memorial Day. Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Delicious.
Food was not as described and came out not cooked properly. My dad did not even eat any of his meal and did not want to take home either. He was very disappointed. Never been there before and probably will not be our first choice next time.
Always enjoy Firebirds, especially on Mondays when wine is 1/2 off. And this Memorial Day they offered free meal for veterans which made extra special value. Wife & I enjoyed lobster spinach queso, I had aged ribeye and wife had pepper encrusted sirloin. Wonderful
Great service. Steaks are delicious. We went for lunch. The restaurant was not crowded.
Great stuff. I ordered my steak rare, and my friend wanted hers cooked to death, and they came out together and were perfect.
I love this place.
(She only wishes you had gluten-free bread).
I am informed by open table I was a no show. Baloney. Improve your system. One star. And don’t sit me down at a table and chairs that are soaking wet. I mean soaking wet.
Waiter was not attentive. He paid more attention to his other tables. Forgot many items that we ordered.
Great food and great place to eat! Would recommend this anytime!
The Cobb salad was delicious. The
Burger was cooked exactly as requested. We requested our appetizer come out with our meals it actually came out after our meals wer served
We had a lovely meal for a Friday night date.
