    I had a very nice piece of prime rib and the service was spot on, not to much interference but on time with water refills and attentive to our needs.

    I took my friend for his birthday celebration. Our server was very attentive and answered all my questions regarding the menu. Brooke was fantastic! she even went out of her way to have a card signed by all the servers for my friend's birthday.

    Ordered the prime rib . It was served very cold as if it was back there for 30 minutes. Had it sent back and was brought back same temperature. Have had good meals there before but never have I had been served such a cold meal .

    We sat on the patio and the evening was perfect. The sun was pretty bright as it was setting and three blind was broken at our table. But besides that the dinner was excellent and service was awesome!

    As always, the food at Firebirds is always great. Service was as expected...very friendly and fast. The team at Firebirds knows how to treat their customers, which is why we'll continue to visit over and over. This is one of the best restaurants in the Polaris area.

    the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, the serving was excellent and food presentation beautiful. the devil eggs were under seasoned, except for the slice of jalapeno The rib eye looked more like a sirloin and was very tough. We ask 2 of the staff to verify it was a rib eye and a mistake wasn't made mushrooms flavor was not to our palate but that is just preference

    The food was just okay. We had to send back to the kitchen the mashed potatoes because they were cold. We also had to send back the French fries because they were cold. The fries came back too hot which made us think they were microwaved

    The restaurant looked very cool and trendy. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Some of the food items could have been better. My niece's chicken breast was too dry and they used the cheaper pieces of lettuce in the salad.

    Prime rib was absolutely superb, flavorful, and perfectly cooked how I requested it. Super low fat compared to other restaurants. Appetizers and my companions meals were exactly how they asked and it was overall perfect experience

    Great plate of ribs with au gratin potatoes. Mary was our server and she did a tremendous job. She was always on top of the drinks to make sure we never ran out and was very personable as well. If I had to find something to improve, it would be the ice they use. I ordered an old-fashioned and it came with small ice cubes that melted almost immediately, watering down my drink to the point it had no flavor. With larger ice cubes or spheres, this wouldn't be a problem.

    Everything was done with excellent service and with us celebrating are Mothers 79th birthday we thank you for helping us making her day very special you guy’s at Firebirds did a out standing job we had a miss count and you still took care of us because we had 8 people at first but ended up with 10 people you still was able to set us this the place where are family do all our birthday and Mother days and Father days to the food is Amazing thank you for your great service from my family to you guy’s at Firebirds

    Our food was good although for the price it wasn’t a good size serving. We always love coming here but our service last night was poor extremely slow. A/C was dripping on husband the response from server oh it does that when it’s humid, it wasn’t humid….It was so cold I was shaking and ready to leave. Never got bread served. It just wasn’t the experience we expect when we decide to dine here and left disappointed.

    Been to this restaurant several times. Previous visits were better. Everything was just ok. The salad had too much dressing. The steak was not as good as other steakhouses. The service was decent. For the money, I hoped it would be better.

    Meal was below par tonight. Ribeye was somewhat tough, scalloped potatoes were not completely cooked. I had noted that it was our anniversary and no one acknowledged from the hostess stand to the waiter.
