   Thank you for the Veteran's Day Special. Our waitress was terrible. I had to go find her twice for tea and our ticket. I approached the manager and he said that she had been there all day and he (the manager) was just in training to go to another store. Our steaks were overcooked but still tasted great. We have had much better experiences in the past. Firebirds is out special occasion place. We drive 130 miles round trip to come enjoy the best steak in north Mississippi.

   Filet and Prime Rib were cooked perfectly, mushrooms tasty, but the huge baked potato didn't have nearly enough toppings to keep it from being dry. Server was attentive, friendly and quick with refills. Waitstaff at Firebird is always terrific.

   We have dined at Firebirds since the two restaurants opened in the Memphis - Shelby County, TN area. Last night at the Collierville, TN restaurant will be the last time. Restaurant seemed to be understaffed. Only good thing is that we were seated within three-minutes of our reservation time. Our booth must have been directly below an A/C vent ... cold. We asked to have it adjusted, but it never was. Due to a "mix up" with our order it took almost one and a half hours to get our food. Both of our steaks were barely warm. My wife's steak was great, tender and tasty. Mine was tough and stringy. We are done with Firebirds!

   Have frequented this restaurant frequently for at least 10 years. This will be my final booking. Ten to fifteen minutes for server to take drink order, another 15 minutes for bar to fill drink orders. Could not get server to take dinner orders, had to shout at him to get his attention. At least 45 minutes for entrees to arrive with 2 salads being delivered after entree. Kids meals arrived just before adult entrees and broccoli on one kids meal never delivered until everyone had finishes eating. One steak over cooked and comment about it ignored. Server would walk by table infrequently and purposely not make eye contact with anyone at the table so we would not request anything. Had to get up and track server down to get our bills. I have spent thousands of dollars at this restaurant over the years but current management has run it into the ground.

   Visited Firebirds in Collierville on Memorial Day as a veteran. They offered a "take your veteran to dinner" which with a meal purchase gave away the Veterans meal. A very generous offer they do most years. Our reserved table was ready and our service, food and atmosphere was all very nice.

   I LOVED Firebirds! We took my mom there (O5/27/23) for her 60th birthday and she really enjoyed herself. The environment was the perfect amount of quiet but not silent & classy yet laidback in the same regard. I loved the decor all around! The waiter Ryan was really good and very patient with us. He even remembered my request for something special for my mom’s birthday! I appreciated that so much because I wanted the dinner to be perfect & he helped out with that. I will be back again soon!

    Our server was pretty good. He refilled our drinks. The "sweet" tea was not sweet at all and tasted like bitter water. The presentation of our steaks was poor, to say the least. The flavor was on spot. It was too expensive for what it was.

    It was freezing in the restaurant which, unfortunately, made the food get cold quickly. Several people in the restaurant asked about adjusting the temperature numerous times and some had to stand in front of the fireplace to warm up.

    We had to wait for at least 20 minutes just to get water & place our drink order. The very average bread took another 10 minutes or so. Food was ok, but very overpriced for quality & quantity. The vegetables eith the salmon were very bland with no seasoning. Overall, a big disappointment.

    Everything was great, accept my daughter fell do to the floor sweating ( she was ok no Injury done). But they took her food off the ticket so I was ok with that only because some restaurant floors do be moist. But overall the service was great and the food was very good, I also recommend if it’s a table for more then four please bring two or three trays of bread.

    I have had the Firebirds off Stage road and they were a little better than them. Overall very decent experience. I wish you guys gave a Military or police discount. You might have gotten a 5 then.

    We had a 12:00 reservation on Mother’s Day and were seated within 5-10 minutes of our reservation. They were very busy! Our server was very good and the food tasted good too, the only problem was it took a long time for our meals to arrive. Maybe they were overworked or understaffed. 🤷‍♂️

    Mothers Day outing for 89 year old mom. The hostess was extremely nice accommodating my mother with window seating. Although it was a very busy Saturday, we didn’t have to wait too long for our food to come out. The waitress was very friendly, she checked on us several times, good service, delicious food and wonderful atmosphere.

    Service really soured the experience. Went 20 minutes without a visit from our server. The prime rib had to be sent back to be warmed and still was not really hot. Manager did comp the Prime Rib.

    Food took a little longer than expected for the time we arrived. Early evening before dinner rush but I think we were seated after a couple of larger parties. Meals still took over 50 minutes for a salad and couple of burgers and salmon.

    Everything took SOOOOO long. Server was not great. She actually laughed at our friend when she ordered her drink. I was not asked how I wanted my steak cooked and it was tough and dry. There was no sauce on my dish. My water was out a few times. Overall unpleased.

    We haven’t been here in awhile. The food was alright, could have been better, and has been in the past. We were disappointed in the service. We each ordered a drink from the bar, which took 30 minutes to get to our table. As a matter of fact, our food was being delivered as our drinks finally arrived. Then as we were finishing up, I felt that we were being rushed out. The waitress brought our ticket very quickly and actually started clearing our table as we sat there- not in a “let me get this out of your way” but more like “let’s move it people”. I like the ambiance of the restaurant, so I’m sad that we now have no desire to go back.
