Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Collierville

Ordered a filet medium rare and it arrived very rare plus very fatty. I sent it back and it took 15 minutes for a new steak to arrive. After my wife was done eating. No visit from the manager and no offer to discount meal. I really like their food but this will make me think twice about going back.

Enjoyable familiar meals

First time dining in. I had a great experience and felt safe with respect to the pandemic. The customer service (Casey) was great and the food was very tasty!

The food was okay and the service horrible! We received our appetizer but took up to 30 minutes to receive our drinks. Waited over an hour to receive our food which dried out the steak & chicken from sitting under the light.

The food and service was not very good and not worth the price. We got sat at a table right next to the kitchen and it was very noisy. It was my birthday but the server never mentioned it at all. I was disappointed where they sat us for a special occasion that I had reservations for in advance. The ribeye was expensive and had way too much fat compared to other steak restaurants. We always order ribeye steaks and we were very disappointed with this steak. The strawberry lemonade was extremely tart and we had to send that back and had sweet iced tea instead. The highlights of our meal was the BLT salad, and the wings appetizer. The pineapple chicken was ok but spicy when it shouldn’t have been, and the lobster queso was not good and cost $14. We spent over $100 for 2 people and no dessert, and we wished we’d gone somewhere else.

My husband and I decided to go out for dinner last minute. Firebirds is one of our favorite spots because the food is always delicious. Our server Marcus was kind, friendly and kept my husband with a full glass. I will definitely continue supporting Firebirds.

I eat at Firebirds often, mostly lunch. Food and service is good and yes, I have recommended Firebirds often, friends have gone and enjoyed the food and will I continue to recommend this restaurant.

Had a very good Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant was very busy, hence service was a little slower than usual. On the special menu was a shareable appetizer, "Volcano Shrimp," which was to die for! We told our server to advise the manager that this should become a regular menu item. Hope it is added. A very enjoyable experience.

Christmas Eve dinner! We’ve tried to do this every year but sometimes we can’t get a reservation. We usually dine with another family but due to Covid restrictions we couldn’t sit together. Other than having to wave to our friends from across the room, Firebirds was excellent as always. The food was amazing and the service was flawless!

We were pretty disappointed. Our salads were drenched in dressing. The chicken was burned on one side, not just grilled. And my husband became violently ill only 30 minutes after we left. We will not be going back.
