I'm a little surprised that dinner entrées only include one side. What's a steak dinner without potatoes AND a salad? And yes there are lots and lots of restaurants raising prices, but $11 for a salad, or a martini, $10 desserts? And though this complaint always apparently falls on deaf ears, why are beer lists WITH prices rarely rarely included? Plus side- the food was and is reliably good, and the service was courteous and friendly.

Very mediocre. Wouldn’t recommend. The price of the food to the quality doesn’t make much sense. Loud place. The Philly steak egg rolls were very one note. Salmon was overcooked. Ranch was good.

Great service, good food, and comfortable seating, with options of booth, table, bar, or patio seating. The cocktails are reasonably priced and well done. My brother-in-law strongly recommends the Lemon Drop martini! Their steaks are prepared perfectly. I ordered my steak medium and it was spot on, with generous pink, but no red or excess juices. The Firebirds Chicken Pasta is a good dish as well. My only complaint was that they no longer have the Chicken Kabobs on the menu or the Key Lime pie.

Great spot for a quick business lunch. Food was quickly delivered, hot and fresh. Recommend grilled salmon, cheeseburger, and cilantro grilled chicken. BLT salad is a great starter.

Got there early, party of 6. Took a while to get service. Ordered appetizers which took 20 min to get. We had also placed our main order when we ordered the appetizers but it took another 30 min to get food. Some food was good however, a couple of items were cold, tough and dry. Onion rings were the best part of the meal.

We always have a great experience at Firebirds especially when our server is Elvis. He is always professional and friendly! He frequently checks on us and makes sure we have everything we need. We celebrated my birthday last night and we couldn’t have had a better server! Elvis is amazing!! Firebirds please recognize him for his great work and service.

We normally go to Firebirds at least once a week, and never have a bad experience. However at our last visit, we arrived at our 7:15 pm appointment. There was no one at the hostess table, and no one insight. We waited over 5 minutes at the door and no one ever came to check us in. We even peeked inside the restaurant and no one was near to help us! We left and went to Bonefish across the way. When we finished dinner, we went back to Firebirds and found a server. I asked her to kindly check me in to Opentable so that I would not have a NO SHOW on my record. It seemed that they were still short staffed. I just feel that the manager should be aware of this issue and make sure that others do not encounter the same experience.

We used to go to Firebird’s quite a bit. The last few times we have experienced issues with the kitchen. Our server was great, no complaints there but I ordered the tenderloin salad, which I usually order and it turned out to be a bad idea. I requested the tenderloin to be cooked to medium well because they usually undercook it. My wife ordered the chicken pasta. The restaurant was not very busy, maybe 1/3 of the tables were seated. After about 30 minutes of waiting for our meals, I asked the waitress if she could check on it. She did and said they were still working on my salad. She came back about 10 minutes later and said they were mixing it up right now. I saw her go by the kitchen several times to check on it. She came back a few minutes later and said it should be out any minute. About another 10 minutes goes by and she is back up there waiting on our food. At this point it had been close to an hour since we ordered our food and she brought it out. My wife’s pasta was no longer warm and the tenderloin was well done. I didn’t say anything other than asked for a check, we ate, paid the bill and left. Again, this was not the servers fault and she did everything she could. Won’t be back anytime soon.

The dining experience today was very pleasant beginning at the front door. We were met by an incredibly friendly and accommodating host! We requested to be seated outside because the weather was awesome compared to the previous 2 weeks. Our waitress was a young lady named Tracia who was the most engaging, friendly, attentive, and professional that we have experienced in quite a while. The kitchen sent our orders to the table missing a few items but it was offset by the service we received. We left the restaurant completely satisfied and will visit again very soon.

Service was outstanding, the sea bass was delicious but the prime rib was overcooked, nothing cooler than medium available. The meat was rather tough as well. Will be back but not ordering prime rib.

Food is great and so is the service, however it is loud in the restaurant. My spouse is hard of hearing and it is very difficult for him to have conversations here. We prefer to sit on the patio when the weather is comfortable.

We had a reservation and we were greeted promptly and seated- our waitress was Laterika who was pleasant enough but I don't think she ever smiled-she did give us excellent service , maybe she was having a bad day and didn't feel like smiling. The food was excellent we eat at Firebirds often and always enjoy the food. There was a party, of about 10, that was loud but they were enjoying themselves it's hard to control that unless you have a private room. We will always go back there.

There were 2 thinks that kept this from being a completely enjoyable experience ... poor service & slow meal delivery. Our server only brought us water & after we ordered, she didn't bring us any bread. After waiting about 40 minutes we asked for bread and our meal was delivered then too.

Obviously they have new cooks the food was horrible , the burger was super salty and unappealing to the eye. It was my worst experience ever there. It took 30 minutes just to get a burger and salmon out during non rush hour
