   Firebirds is a great restaurant for families & friends to get together and enjoy food and time together. Elvis is an awesome server and he made sure everyone received their dinner as ordered and everything was bought out shortly after we ordered our food.

   Where we were placed in restaurant was freezing with cold air coming down on us so they moved us to a different location in restaurant. Took a good while to get bread and food. My salad did not come out and was brought almost half way during meal. Grilled vegetables were not very warm. Grilled salmon was good. It was very loud in the restaurant. Not the best experience for sure.

   The atmophere was amazing. The waitress that handled our table was nice and professional. She acknowledged that I was a Memphis Police Officer due to the uniform that I had on (when I forgot I had it on). She went out of her way to make sure the experience was great for our date night.

   We have not been to a Firebirds in 2 years because the service at the highway 64 store in Memphis was horrid every time we went. We thought we'd try a different Firebirds. While the service was better than the other location, the food was not. We had prime rib, and it was very tough. The person who cooked it must not have known how to cook prime rib. Needless to say we will probably never go back.

   Steak sandwich was great! Would have liked to seen waitress come around checking drinks a little more often, but good natured and otherwise efficient! Appreciated the Veteran discount for Memorial Day feature!

    I enjoyed my Mother’s Day celebration at FireBirds -Collierville. From the the women at the reservation check in stop to my waitress JoJo everyone was working to make it an enjoyable evening. Our wait was understandably delayed for a holiday. Our order was delivered in a timely manner. The food was delicious. All the staff were engaging to make sure guest had a great dinning experience. Great job! I was even happier that one sinand family sent a web gift card for my next visit to Firebird.
