    Chicken was over cooked and salty had to send it back . It was extremely loud from a group that was seated long before we arrived the waitress had to lean on the table to take our order because she couldn’t hear. We had to order something different and sent the chicken back and was not compensated in any capacity at all. We usually come 2x a week and over the last 6 months it has went down tremendously.

    From the Time I walked in Taylor knew my name and seated us. She was pleasant and kind. Cameron was I waitress and was very kind and sweet. The food was delicious!!

    We all ordered steaks (filet, ribeye) and they were all tough and flavorless. Sides were flavorless and cold. The best part of the meal were the pineapple martinis. The atmosphere was a bit noisy for a restaurant less than half full on a Saturday night. We did get a booth which was comfortable. The server was ok, not great. For a bill of $300 for 4 people it was expensive for what we got. We’ve dined at this location several times and it does seem the quality has slipped.

    The food was great. They just seemed so busy that we got a second load of bread as we were packing up to go. Got a glass of wine as we were packing up to go. Just looked understaffed. Our waiter was good and personable, but our empty plates stayed on the table. The food was great, it was just awkward the way the food came out and the clean up.

    Once again very disappointed with the quality of the cuts of meat. Our table had 2 NY Strips and 2 Filets. The filets looked like they’d been butterflied and were so full of gristle my in-laws stopped eating and didn’t bother to take to-go. Burgers were good and that’s probably what we’d stick with if we return. Firebirds used to be a fav and we were pretty regular customers, but food quality has really declined and now we rarely go. Lemon cake was very good.
