Excellent food, great service, beautiful environment!
The lobster dip appetizer and blood orange drink were delicious!
No other restaurant in the Chattanooga area does filet mignon better than Firebirds. It is always our first choice for dining out, especially on Wine Down Mondays. Servers are always friendly and attentive!
Barbara and Ronnie are two of our favorite servers.
We enjoyed our meal at Firebirds. the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls were unbelievable, one of the best appetizers my wife and I have ever had. My prime rib was cooked to order although the taste was only ordinary. My wife enjoyed her salmon. We were dismayed that we watched several waiters carry delicious looking loaves of bread past our table and deliver at otherTables during our meal, and discovered at the end of our dinner that our waitress had forgotten to bring us our loaf of warm bread.
This was a great place for romantic dinner. My wife and I loved it.
Our server was fantastic and the food was delicious.
We reserved a table for Firebirds and were sat immediately upon arrival. The service was great and the waitress was very attentive. We always had fresh glasses of tea while we waited for our food. My wife ordered the filet and I ordered the Delmonico ribeye. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted excellent. The portion sizes were also very good. I would highly recommend visiting Firebirds for a good steak.
Server wasn’t very prompt and my food was brought out completely burnt.
We were at Firebirds to celebrate our anniversary. Social distancing was enforced and masks were worn by the staff. Our server was fabulous! Food was great, as always. We will be back!
The food as always was perfect and tasty. Our server, Barbie was attentive, fast and not at all unfriendly. Very knowledgeable about the drinks menu which was so helpful.
No need to add additional verbage.
It was very good all around.
Great food and even better service. Tables were spaced apart accordingly.
The food was great and service was great. Love that meatloaf!
This was our first visit and it won’t be our last. We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to try something new. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and they even gave us a Happy Anniversary card with free creme brûlée cheesecake. We split the BLT salad, my wife had prime rib, and I had surf and turf, which was a nice sized lobster tail. If you are celebrating a special occasion or just want a great meal, do yourself a favor and go to Firebirds. Oh and they are socially distancing and wearing masks in this pandemic time, too.
Wonderful ribeyes enjoyed by our entire group and great wine offerings. Bar staff was excellent.
It was wonderful. We will be happy when it open’s in Knoxville.
We sat down and waited 15 mins for someone to come ask if we have been helped! Then told us she wasn’t our server but would take our order. Waited another 10 mins for drinks food and appetizers all came out the same time. My mash potatoes were dry and were cold. We will not be returning to this location!
Great Service and Food. Followed all local COVID guidelines.
It was my boyfriend’s birthday, and we were visiting from Birmingham. Our server Bethany was absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and genuinely sweet. We will definitely be back soon. 🙂
Love this place! This was my 2nd visit. My first visit I had the grilled salmon... best I ever had.
We had a lovely dinner and the staff was excellent, just understaffed which created waiting that we don’t associate with Firebird’s. Waits such as bringing the forgotten raw horseradish for our prime rib and only 1 served of 3 deserts ordered, resulting in coffee getting cold, etc.
staff was literally running to wait tables.
Would absolutely never come back to a Firebirds again. This was supposed to be mine and my wife date night in our honeymoon and it was easily the WORST decision food or otherwise that we made during the trip. WAY too loud, chef, if that’s what you even dare to call them, couldn’t cook meat to save their life, messing my wife’s steak up not once but twice. Completely overpriced for what you were getting and not to mention overcooked lobster. Also, it seemed that even after telling staff about our special occasion, they couldn’t care less. Definitely did NOT feel welcomed or taken care of. Not worth the money at all. To reiterate, WORST part of my wife and I’s honeymoon and will STRONGLY be recommending EVERYONE I know to NEVER go to another Firebirds ever again.
Enjoyed the filet, and will go the next time for sure. Since we live 2 hrs from Firebirds, the day before email made the difference. keep doing that
Firebirds was recommended to us by a friend I trust so we were looking forward to trying it out. I hate to be negative but I was a bit disappointed. Our server was a young guy, and was neither personable nor knowledgeable. He wasn’t rude - just not a good server. I ordered the surf and turf - the most expensive thing on the menu. The good thing about it was the filet - I thought it was cooked properly and tasted pretty good. The lobster though? Definitely overcooked and very tough. I ordered fries and broccoli as sides. Broccoli was fine but the fries were not. Tasted like the oil was old or something. Not good anyway. My 9 year old ordered a cheeseburger, broccoli and fries. Those were good aside from the weird tasting fries. My wife ordered filet and shrimp- we thought hers was pretty good. Overall, I’m not saying Firebirds is a bad restaurant because of one not-so-great experience. I was just disappointed that a lackluster dining experience ended up costing $150 after a 15%tip.
This place was amazing 👏
Logan was very attentive yo our 6 year old who was celebrating during Covid. Loved the salad the steak the add on mushrooms and the drinks!! I had the Filet and my husband had the Delmonico!! Cooked perfect 👌
If you like good service don’t even bother. Totally disappointed!
We always enjoy Firebirds and appreciate manager Don checking in on us while there to ensure all is good.
Had reservations and they seated walk-ins before us
The food wasn’t the best. I’ve had far better steak and for what I paid it wasn’t worth it. Plus 11.00 for one cocktail is alittle steep. Everything else was ok, it wasn’t what I expected it to be. For paying 80.00 for two people and not getting a mind blowing experience is a let down.
Covid precautious were great. Service was excellent. Had the ribeye with an add on lobster tail. Steak was perfect, lobster tail was rubber. Way over cooked.
The rib eye steak was done to perfection and the almond green beans were delicious. This was the best meal of my entire vacation. 😎😋🏍
Had the ribeye and my wife the filet. Neither had any flavor. Steaks need to be seasoned badly. We were very dissapointed with the price/value. $80 for mediocre steaks when we could have gotten a better steak for less at the Outback. It would take a discounted visit for us to ever try again, otherwise we will not be back.
Birthday celebration. Server and staff did an excellent job. The Pineapple Martinis were awesome
The restaurant was perhaps 20% occupied on Sunday evening at 7pm due to the Covid 19 virus scare. Service and food were excellent and it was very easy to have a conversation due to the quiet atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much.
Firebirds is always great. Great steaks and salads! Never been disappointed.
We've never been disappointed with the food or service. I had the Peppercorn Encrusted Steak - absolutely delicious! Our waiter was attentive and the manager came by to check on our meal. They also did a great job of social distancing the diners. Highly recommend. One of our favorite places.
Overall our experience was Phenomenal. Our server Ashley was wonderful and made the overall experience a joy. If in the area again will defiantly visit again.
Our waitress must’ve been high off of something. Made reservations for 9:30- we get there and it’s completely dead on a Friday night so that was red flag #1. Our waitress greets us and her eyes are rolling backwards heavily as if she were on something. Repeated our order 3 times because she forgot it the first 2 times. Brought us a cracked glass leaking all over her arm and the table and didn’t even realize it was broken. She came to our table maybe twice in a total of 30 minutes. Our food was wrong and cold when it came out and at that point we asked for a manager because she went MIA after that. Atmosphere was nice, looked like a great place. We ordered a burger and it looked and tested very mediocre. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing. But we won’t be back.
