   This is the second time to visit. The food is superb. Our server Jarvis was excellent. This was a birthday dinner for my wife and she was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

   This was a perfect Easter meal. We love the pork chop. It was always been amazing every time. The servers are nice smart and professional. And the price is reasonable as well.

   We loved our server, Betta! Her personality and attention was top notched! When there was a problem with our order, she was prompt in setting it right and made us feel recognized and important. The manager, Don, stopped by to check on us. On a holiday weekend, we did not feel rushed and enjoyed our delicious Easter meal. We also enjoyed the attention of our bar waiter, Mason, while we waited in our table. Overall, a great return experience at Firebirds. We will definitely be back and will definitely ask for Betta!

   Made a reservation and when our party of four arrived, we were told it would be around 15 minutes to be seated. It was Easter so I’ll give grace to the restaurant for the extremely crowded dining room. The restaurant was also very noisy. Our server, Vanessa, was friendly and did an outstanding job juggling her duties. The food was very good despite being a bit lukewarm - not hot.

   20% tip was already added when I received my bill. I know this because my bank account alerted me of the amount that had been withdrawn by my server. My understanding is that your register automatically deducted 20% from my card for the tip when it was charged prior to my signature. This is unacceptable and had you not charged me the normal 20% I was definitely going to be giving her a 30% tip but was notified by my bank of the transaction prior to my signature but was notified by my bank of this unacceptable transaction and since you’re registered, tipped the server on its own, I therefore did not leave an additional tip.

   Brandi was an outstanding server! Great menu and really outstanding meal! Really enjoyed our Easter!

   My husband got the chicken honey biscuit, and it was very good. I got the steak and egg tacos (very bland). Our daughter ordered the shrimp and grits. She said this shrimp was good, but the rest of it was not.

    Our food and service excellent. Our server was very understanding considering we had 2 children with us under 3 years old. They were are granddaughters.
