   We have been to Firebirds on 2 separate Mother’s Day and the wait has been way too long. Our family normally enjoys our dinners at Firebirds, but we will be coming back on special events any more. We were greeted and seated promptly, but it took over one hour to receive our food after placing our order.

   Waited two hours for food. Very busy and everyone stretched to the max. It was Mother’s Day, but had reservations. Everyone did the best they could under the circumstances. Still favorite place.

   Service was lackluster. Food was decent. Personally won’t be visiting again.

   Excellent Ribs and Ribeyes, definitely recommend for a good dinner. They are a little pricey but it was great!

   We were really looking forward to our first time dining at the Chattanooga location. However, we felt like the level of service didn’t measure up to the elevated prices. Table service was very slow. We had to wait an extremely long amount of time for our entrees only to find them over cooked. The atmosphere was very noisy and the wait staff were not as attentive as I’m sure guests would expect. Ending on a positive note, the Lemonade Drop Martini was outstanding with its ice cold glass and was shaken at the table. Delicious.

   This is the second time to visit. The food is superb. Our server Jarvis was excellent. This was a birthday dinner for my wife and she was not disappointed. Highly recommended!

   This was a perfect Easter meal. We love the pork chop. It was always been amazing every time. The servers are nice smart and professional. And the price is reasonable as well.

    We loved our server, Betta! Her personality and attention was top notched! When there was a problem with our order, she was prompt in setting it right and made us feel recognized and important. The manager, Don, stopped by to check on us. On a holiday weekend, we did not feel rushed and enjoyed our delicious Easter meal. We also enjoyed the attention of our bar waiter, Mason, while we waited in our table. Overall, a great return experience at Firebirds. We will definitely be back and will definitely ask for Betta!
