Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill can easily accommodate a solo visit with seating at the large bar, a family with table seating and a large group with long narrow tables allowing conversations to continue easily. Start out with jalapeno deviled eggs, lobster spinach queso or smoked chicken wings. Entrées include slow roasted prime rib, bleu cheese filet and chile rubbed Delmonico. Try something new with one of Firebirds specialty dishes like the wood-grilled salmon, parmesan encrusted mahi or pineapple chicken. The kids' menu is part of the Kids LiveWell program and offers choices like Mahi tacos, filet medallions and a half rack of ribs along with classics like mac and cheese and chicken fingers with honey mustard.

Firebirds has an extensive gluten-free menu along with an interactive allergen tool that can be used to filter out menu items that may contain allergens. Take-out is also an option for most menu items.
