Love this place. The atmosphere is just so different. You not only get great service but the food is A1.

Firebird'a always does a good job with Sunday lunch. Marley n our waiter was very professional and attentive. Always love thw tenderloin salad

Food and service was excellent, had a slight issue with the beverage prepared by the bar however it was completely corrected. Everyone had an enjoyable & memorable event!!
Unfortunately I do not recall the server's name..... he was outstanding and definitely contributed mightly to our memorable time!!!

The issue was our server. He was just not good. There were four of us there for a birthday dinner. Service was incredibly slow and not acknowledged (it’s one thing to be slow but it was almost 30 minutes before we got our first round of drinks).
Empty drink glasses sat on our table the entire dinner - we had to ask him to remove them (we each had a few drinks). Water glasses were never refilled - I ended up drinking my companion’s water. We had to flag down our server three times for service. It was very frustrating.
One of the things we love about Firebirds (aside from the food) is the consistency of the service. This visit was such a disappointment. If it had been our first experience there’s no way we would go back again.
We still live the restaurant but if this does happen again we will ask to speak to management and will complain. This was just such a disappointment for the birthday celebration.

Our meal took an hour to come out. We didn't complain as we were having a a good conversation. After the meal the waitress informed us that our meal was free. We thanked the manager and told him he didn't have to do that but we thanked him foe the gesture. Firebirds is still my favorite restaurant and we will definitely return.

I ordered a cobb salad. There was no egg, no avacado, no cucumber, no feta cheese. It was mostly greens. Terrible. If they are cutting back, they'll loose customers like me. My sister ordered a BLT salad and the same thing happened with hers........mostly greens.

My guest and I really enjoyed our meals, the food is always good and the service was great.

Our waitress was great! Onion ring appetizer wast the best weve tried in a very long time. Entrees were good, although the Lobster tail was not edible

One of my biggest pet peeves is having the staff sweep the carpet while folks are still eating, kicking up dust and dirt and hair. I feel like I have to cover my food I liked the Philly cheesesteak eggrolls but the steak and lobster was mediocre at best I would not return

Easter meal was fabulous. When we returned for this meal I was a little disappointed.
Same meal, chicken, but chicken was a little overdone. Just not as good as original.

One of our favorite spots, it was perfect choice to celebrate our 21st Anniversary for lunch. Marcus took great care of our table and we were given complimentary dessert to top of the celebration.

Service was excellent. Food arrived hot and perfectly cooked. Proper Covid safety precautions were taken, but not to the detriment of our dining experience.

Service was great, our server kept us with tea refills until we received our food. The cheese cake is the best if you want dessert.

We celebrated Easter at Firebird’s and it was fantastic as usual. From the always delicious Lobster & Spinach Queso to the main course, it never disappoints!!

Waitress was slow to bring menus, slow taking orders,, dinner salads were served before appetizers . But, All of the food and drinks were excellent

Took too long to get our food. When the food arrived it was not as hot as it should have been. The sides were cold!

The chicken with asiago cream sauce was a little spicy so they gave me some cream sauce to add and it was perfect. I love this restaurant more than the one by SouthPark due to the consistency of food/service.

Food was overly salted. Everything was salty. Margarita was not good. Tasted like sour mix and cheap tequila, no triple sec or simple or anything. They had no top shelf options. Patron is not top shelf.... Our server was nice prompt, she would surely be making better money in a more upscale restaurant. I have no issue paying high dollar for good quality food. This food definitely wasn’t worth $100.

My husband and I love to go to Firebirds at 11:30AM, sit near the fire, and order the salmon with Parmesan mashed potatoes and green beans with pecans. Delish! The beginning of a good day!

Nice informal restaurant with good food and nice ambiance. Moderate prices overall though steaks seemed rather high but probably came with extras. They forgot my salad which was aggravating and brought my wife’s out late. Overall, I liked it and will return.

Always a favorite of ours and as expected excellent service. Best kids meal options!
