   Lower the music! With the open ceiling it makes it very difficult to hear the conversation.

   Excellent waiter. He greeted up promptly and thanked up for selecting Firebird’s. Our waiter knew the menu, made a couple of recommendations (which were great). Waiter provided just the right amount of attention to our experience. He also was timely on replenishing our drinks. When leaving we usually speak about the great food. Sunday was different. We talked about the waiter’s professionalism.

    The hostess stand wasn’t the most courteous- but our experience went way up from there. Our server was excellent, the food tasty and the wine was perfect! The managers who checked on us were fantastic. Definitely coming back!
