   I usually order the filet but decided to change it up a bit yesterday and am so glad I did! I had the garlic butter rib-eye and it was positively delicious! When it was first served I was surprised to see it already sliced, but wow, the flavor and tenderness were great. And best of all, it was cooked a true medium rare. Thank you, Firebirds. (And that bread…yum!)

   Lower the music! With the open ceiling it makes it very difficult to hear the conversation.

   Excellent waiter. He greeted up promptly and thanked up for selecting Firebird’s. Our waiter knew the menu, made a couple of recommendations (which were great). Waiter provided just the right amount of attention to our experience. He also was timely on replenishing our drinks. When leaving we usually speak about the great food. Sunday was different. We talked about the waiter’s professionalism.
