Waiter was exceptional. Mixed the perfect drinks.
Celebrated a birthday with family, Ordered a Surf & Turf. Lobster tail was over grilled/Cooked along with over seasoned. Steak wasn’t the best as it definitely was overly seasoned. Service was very good, ambiance was great. Overall as my first time dining with this establishment I was left unimpressed and disappointed.
Good place to eat food was good
Celebrated my dads birthday
This experience was horrible. We frequent Firebirds and usually never have a negative experience. They were not crowded on this date so we weren't sure why the quality of service was poor. The waiter did not refill our drinks without being prompted, we never received any bread once we were seated and then the food was not to our liking. This was our anniversary dinner and needless to say, it was not a pleasant dining experience.
Food took a while to get and the restaurant wasn’t crowded so I was confused. Server was okay. She had to be reminded to bring my dessert and service was okay. I will look for another adventure but it was okay
Steak was dry ,but had great flavor.
The food was amazing. The service was very slow. It looked as if our waitress had 2 maybe 3 tables tops. We waited 45 min for a straw, drinks were empty and had to repeatedly ask for refills, at the end we waited almost 30 min for a box and the check.
Great food, super service
Everything was great! The best Salmon dish I’ve ever had!
The watress was not on her game busy talking. The food was not that good
Staff was very attentive. My order was a little abnormal and they did what I asked them to do-no problem. The prime rib, baked potato and creme brulee cheesecake were so worth it to us to spend more money than we are used to spending! Thank you for participating in Queen's Feast!
The salmon was amazing. I didn’t think the Keylime is going to be as great as it was. The shrimp were prepared perfectly!
As far as chain restaurants go, the food was good. The service, just average. I ordered a cocktail (which was very good) and the service gave me a regular drinking straw. When I asked for a cocktail straw she said she didn’t see any, but would “check in the back”. She found the cocktail straws and delivered them in her hands (instead of presenting in a napkin). She was pleasant enough, but mediocre at her job.
In my opinion, food is over-priced for the quality. Our server, however, was perfect! It felt like a cafeteria - prob better outside. About what I expected for a chain restaurant.
Took advantage of the Queen's Feast menu. Had a really good meal and a great experience.
This was our first time at this restaurant and we had a very enjoyable experience. Food was good -service was excellent. Definitely will come again
Great experience, but young staf. Some of the details with dining were missed, but it didn’t ruin the experience.
Food was excellent, but Restaurant Week slowed the service down to a halt. There were a lot of ToGo orders so the kitchen was backed up. Servers must be new and aren't trained to bring bread and drinks before the salad arrives. Plates were left on the table long after they should have been picked up. With so many people in the restaurant, it was very noisy. Steak was cooked to perfection, and the chocolate cheesecake was fabulous.
First time dining here and I loved it! We went for the restaurant week menu and the selections were fabulous! The lemon whipped feta was delicious! And the bacon wrapped filet was mouth watering! Our waitress was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back :)
1 the hostess was a little stuck up and kind of rude.
Showed up at 435 pm for a 445 pm was told would be seated closer to 445 our timed reservation. Told the hostess that was fine we are 10 min early. As we sat waiting saw 6 parties leave the restaurant. And those tables had not been cleaned. Kind of odd.
So the restaurant was not really that busy and was finally seated at 510pm.
We were given the menu and the price fixed menu. But guess tha hostess didn't notice it was dinner time and gave us the lunch menu. She seemed like she could be anyplace but work..
The server was very nice and very pleasurable to talk too..
The food was good nothing special. Didn't have that WOW moment when I bit into the steak. My Crem Brule squares tasted a little burnt.
All and all it was ok. Not a place I'd go regularly.
It was one of the best meals I’ve eaten in a long time.
We loved it. The prime rib was so tender. Mixed salad was great. Chocolate cheesecake was excellent!,
Food was good even though they was out of Prime Rib, $6 for a side of Potatoes for my son was ridiculous. Took the waiter three try’s before he could finally get me a beer was multiple issues. Asked waiter for extra bread, never got it. Asked him for sour cream, never got it. Have to say the waiter ruined the meal on top of I drove 40 minutes there for prime rib and they ran out 30 minutes before I got there.
Went during restaurant week. We were seared promptly at our reservation tome. Portions were larger than I expected for a promotional week. The food, all of it, was EXCELLENT. Negatives: my wife told me the women’s rest room was filthy. The table where we were seated was scratched and worn.
It was Restauarant Week so we got the $35.00 set menu. It was worth it! My fillet mignon was perfectly cooked. My husband ordered prime rib but they run out and it was just 7:00 pm. He ended up ordering the shrimp jambalaya. Generous portioning but taste was just okay. My daughter had the key lime salmon. Salmon was perfectly cooked too. The desserts were excellent and I am not even a big dessert person. We had creme brulee, chocolate cheese cake and carrot cake squares. Our server was good. I gave her tip in cash which she accepted with a very big smile.
Normally I give Firebirds five stars. My food was delicious, however the sauce on my husband’s favorite chicken cilantro was very different this time, and he didn’t like it. It was a different color and didn’t taste the same. Our waitress was a bit slow and wasn’t sure what desserts were offered on the Queen’s Feast menu.
Excellent food and service! The prime rib is the best I have every eaten anywhere. The chocolate cheesecake with raspberry sauce and fresh strawberries is to die for. Our waitress Ashley was fantastic. Very personable and efficient.
To start off our server Madison was amazing. She gave great service and great food recommendations. Food was outstanding and everything came out quickly. From the drinks to food and definitely service I was truly impressed with our first time at this establishment.
I am usually pretty happy with our meals at Firebirds. This time the food was not quite up to par for two of us. Nothing bad, just not a step above fast food as you would expect.
Great food. No wait to be seated and the food arrived quickly.
Always love the Prime Rib. Great service and great atmosphere. Staff is always attentive. One of our go-to places for a great meal.
Dinner was great! When we got there I was kind of worried because I saw people waiting as we walked up. As soon as I told the host he said ‘follow me’ and took us straight to our table! This was great after missing an appointment and having to reschedule another earlier in the day! This definitely relaxes us and turned our day around! The waitress was so sweet!
Between the service and the food idk what was better! Couldn’t have asked for a better night !
I have now been there twice. The food overall was good. I order the 12 oz prime rib both times. The first prime rib was better but I liked the fresh vegetables last night better than the baked potato the first time. My date really enjoyed her 2 meals though. The value for what you paid for it was good but not great. All that said I will be back. Hi
The food and service was great we will return very soon
The food wasn’t good, very unhappy! Steak was burnt!
For my 1st time there it was nice. Didn't expect anything over the top but an enjoyable dinner with the family.
Menu was varied. Food was good and service was great. We will be back!
