   This was my worst experience at a Firebirds. The hostess never even smiled. We had a reservation for a party of 10 and the table was not ready when we arrived. It took about 30 minutes for one person in our party to receive her beverage. And the baked potatoes were not hot.

   Firebirds has always been a great option for good food. I'm not sure what's going with this location but it was like a ghost town. Living outside of Charlotte its was surprising to see the down fall of this area.

   It was good. Our steaks didn’t come out well done but pink in the inside. The manager and our waitress corrected the situation and it was very good.

   We were sat at the bar despite having reservations. The server didnt come for over 10 minutes. He only refilled our drinks once and it was about 15 minutes after we got our food. None of our meals came out at the same time. They left the chicken off my friends chicken caprese pasta and it took 10 minutes to get it replaced. We asked for extra lemons for the water and they didnt bring them and when reminded brought two for two people that had asked. The server was very nice but I think just spread too thin. It wasn't the quality experience we are used to. Probably will go to the South Park location next time.

    Food was great as always. Had to ask the waitress 4 times for bread and it came right after our meal came. The table next to us was extremely loud . This is no one’s fault. I know the place Was busy and the wait staff also busy.

    Ordered an American hamburger with just tomato, lettuce, mayo, and cheese. That was all. I received a burger swimming in some kind of spicy sauce I did not order. I scraped it off and ate one side of the bun. I did not send it back because I did not have time. Disappointed in the taste, did not like the sauce. My wife’s meal was very good.

    Great Food, Great Service, Reasonable Prices. Table was ready at reserved time, and wait staff was attentive without being bothersome. Prompt refills on drinks, and food was served very quickly after ordering.

    Food was average but it may have been my fault. Wings were great. My kids barely touched their kids meals but the presentation looked wonderful. I assumed it would taste great. The complimentary bread was also great. I ordered a BLT salad which was similar to a grocery store salad. I was not impressed with this visit. My server was blah. She appeared tired, unfriendly but not rude. I would excuse it if dinner was late but we ate at 7:30pm. I expected more of an upbeat server.

    Everything was excellent. The waiter, Courtney was AMAZING. He was prompt, we never had to call him to the table when we needed something, he kept our glasses full. He was knowledgeable about menu items. He was personable. Would highly recommend and every restaurant could use a waiter like him. The manager, Dominic was very pleasant, sociable and made you feel right at home.

    We were surprised at how noisy the restaurant was! Fortunately we sat in a booth in the back where it was a bit quieter. Our waiter was wonderful and food delicious. Given the noise level, however, prices were too high.

    Had a 6:30 reservation and were seated at 6:35…outstanding. Our server was terrific, attentive and very friendly. The food was great and served in a timely manner. Can’t say enough good things about the restaurant. We will be back, for sure.

    I was very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a romantic evening and celebration. I was recommended by a few friends to check out this location because the food was amazing, which it was, and the ambiance was beautiful however, the service and experience was horrible. I was a server for over 15 years at high end 4 star restaurants, so I know what's expected and how customers in a nice restaurant should be treated. The hosts weren't welcoming, the server never asked if we were celebrating any occasions, our drinks came out after our entrées were delivered and were not smoked table side as the description stated. Our appetizer came out 3 minutes before our entrées. There was no pace set, it was all fired at the same time. Other tables around us got their drinks before us and they were seated 10 minutes after we were. We decided to get our dessert to go because we just weren't enjoying our experience. The manager walked by a few times and never stopped to ask how things were. This restaurant has a lot of potential but the in house experience needs to be better. The food was amazing but there are better places to dine at with great experiences. Especially with the $100/pp head cost, we expected better.
