   Firebirds is definitely a place I would recommend. At this visit there was an issue with the food but the wait staff and manager were awesome in making sure things were corrected. It was Mother’s Day and my mom didn’t want to make a fuss about it but they insisted on making it right which was greatly appreciated.

   My dad’s food came out cold and me and my mom’s food came out perfect but the managers and our server were very attentive and quick to resolve the situation so overall we had a great experience and the food never misses!

   Our waitress Jetta went over and beyond. The food is always great when I go. The manager gave us $10 off special treat for mom's we wasn't expecting that but it was greatly appreciated.

   Seated at our reservation time. Food came out quickly even thought very busy. Service was good. Good selections on menu.

   This was my first visit to Firebirds and I'm sure I'll be back! Shout out to our server Brittany- she was just wonderful- so sweet and efficient. She and Marvin made it very special for my 96 year old mom. Thank you for a great start to a memorable Mother's Day 2025!

   My reservation was for 6:30pm, my party wasn't seated until after 7pm. What's the point of having a reservation. It kind of through the entire evening off for me. The drinks that were ordered, I felt we were cheated, because they were not in the right glass and we were told that all the tall glass were dirty. which made no sense, its a restaurant have a dish washer. They brought us one pan of bread to share between 5 people, because there was no bread ready. It just seems like the staff was not prepared for the Mothers Day weekend. The food was ok.

   The food was good. On this particular night I had a 6p reservation. I was seated at 6:20 and no one acknowledged us for the next 20 minutes even though other guest surrounding us were being attended to. I had to go to the hostess stand to ask for a server. At 6:49p, finally a server came to take our order. At 7:27p we received our food. The server was nice and polite however the overall experience was not good. Hopefully others will have a better experience.

    Celebrating son’s graduation from UNCC. Mgmt made us feel very welcomed. Our servers were amazing. We had 12 at the table. Drinks were always filled, food was served all at the same time. Menu had something that everyone could choose from. Great job FIREBIRDS.
