   Always a great experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. We go to Firebirds about once a month. Good selection of beers and the entree list has something for every taste. We prefer to sit in the recessed central large dining area as it has good ambiance. The upper side areas seem a bit confining so we typically point to the table we want and the staff is very willing to put us there, LOL.

    FIREBIRDS CHANDLER is our always our "go-to" date place. Menu is diverse. Food is always outstanding. Ambience is nice. Staff is delightful. Service is good. Managers are pleasant and keep things running smoothly (special shout out to Jason on Memorial Day). Thank you for your generosity to our Veterans!!

    We so enjoyed our meal and had such great service. All nine of us had a wonderful experience. We all will be back. Still wish the French dip would come back. We use to come there a lot more when you had it.

    Firebirds treated me to lunch on Memorial Day. Thx Firebirds! Great Caesar salad with salmon. My wife has grilled salmon. Both were excellent. I think Firebirds Caesar salad is the best. We love this place! Thx again Firebirds!

    Went to Firebirds with my wife and mother-in-law on Memorial Day at 12:30 pm for lunch. The restaurant was busy but was not too packed and the noise level was at a level where conversation was easy at a normal volume. Julia our waiter was very professional and one of the better servers I have dined with. Her attention to drink refills and removing used dishes and utensils from the table showed that her attention to detail was impeccable.

    We booked Firebirds to celebrate my daughter's graduation and it happened to fall during Restaurant Week. Three of us ordered off the special menu and one person ordered off the regular menu. Of our three special menu meals, one had the chicken-corn chowder, one the BLT salad and the other the burrata salad. All three appetizers were good but the burrata was a bit heavy with the balsamic. For our entrees, one person had the Firebirds chicken pasta (enormous serving, enough for three meals!), one the prime rib, one the crab cakes and the last the parmesan chicken. All of our entrees were very good. The prime rib was tender and flavorful. The chicken had the right amount of parmesan tang. The crab cakes were heavy on the crab, light on the filler - perfect! With our special menu orders, we also had dessert. Two of us had the tiramisu which was super light and creamy. One had the warm carrot cake, which was a bit sweeter than we are used to. All in all, it was a good meal, with an attentive server.

    Another great experience! Went for Arizona Restaurant Week. I had the Caesar salad for starters followed by a nice cut of Prime Rib. A generous cut of Carrot Cake for dessert finished the meal. All were amazing.

    We had a great time at firebird. The food was great I got the blt salad with chicken and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had. The chicken was a little dry but nothing to really complain about. The waitress was so lovely and and everyone was so nice! The portions are very large with I loved since the food was on the more expensive side but worth it for the quality and quantity. We will be going back

    My Campari soda aperitiv was served in a highball glass with too much soda! The orange slice I requested could not even fit in the glass. It should be served in a double old fashioned glass. Please educate your bar staff accordingly. Our guests' salads were not served before the presentation of everyone's entrees, so the salads were sent back to the kitchen. The noise level was unacceptable for comfortable conversation.

    All was great except for the bread. It was hard, cold, and crumpled into many pieces. Not enough butter, too. But that wouldn’t keep us from returning. Restaurant Week is what got us to go for the great $44 prefix. Enjoyable visit.

    We had a birthday gathering and the guest of honor was so late we had already ordered. Our server kept our glasses full and rushed birthday boy's order so his food was served at the same time as ours. My steak was cooked to order (albeit a bit salty) and they accommodated us with plates for the cake we brought. An enjoyable experience.

    We came to Firebirds to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful experience. They treated us like VIP's!! The service was wonderful and everyone we came into contact with was very pleasant and friendly. The food was wonderful and we had a wonderful time. We have nothing to say but good things about our experience and will pass it along to all of our friends.

    We were seated when we arrived which was an hour early. We stayed for about 4 hours. Everyone (all 4 of us) enjoyed the entrees, wines and desserts. One order was redone because it was mis-recorded, but the corrected result was a magnificent steak that was unforgettable. It was the kind of steak that made us repeat customers and will continue to keep us as repeat customers.

    Initially they couldn't find our reservation. I had it on my phone and their system didn't have it. They found us a table about 25 minutes after the original reservation time. Food was OK, very dry cheeseburger.
