    Prime rib was good, but not as good as in the past. We still enjoyed our meal, the atmosphere, and the service. Very nice!

    This is the fourth time we have come to Firebird's for our anniversary, and as usual, the food, service and ambiance was all excellent. One semi-strange thig is that for the fourth time, they sat us at the same table each time!!!!

    Not impressed with the process of being seated. Do not understand why I can go to open table and make a reservation on the day of and see plenty of opportunity and open slots, and get there and wait 15 to 20 minutes to be seated only to be told that the Booth that is still available is being held per the manager. Finally was able to be seated, but did not understand the delay. The atmosphere was very loud, no surprise. Have been here a few times before. Again, as before, disappointed in the other patrons of the restaurant. Guys showing up in white under shirts with baseball caps on backwards does not lead me to believe this is a place I need to frequent again.  Food was good, but I think overall with the experience and the atmosphere —it is overpriced for the environment being offered.  No desire to come back. You need to class it up.

    Restaurant under renovation. Men’s restroom outside in a portable. Food came out a bit too fast. Halfway thru with salad and dinner was delivered. Server was very good, personable.

    The service was great. The food was good but overpriced. Weber t just after lunchtime so it wasn’t very crowded. I do recommend this place.
