   The waitress was awful and she took her sweet time doing everything. Drinks were always slow and on 2 occasions had to ask for water on empty glasses. My ribeye was overcooked at med-well asked for medium. Should not have taken almost 1 and half hrs to eat for 3 people.

   Had reservation and had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Server kept disappearing, drinks sat not refilled, never got my salad, and the steak was not great had to add a lot of salt and pepper to add flavor. Waited 20 minutes to get check because server kept disappearing.

   They were very busy for Mother’s Day and the service and food were excellent!

   It was a busy Mother's Day so we had to wait 20 minutes beyond our reservation time for seating. The server was good, polite and helpful. The food was OK.

   The food was delicious and the service was excellent! It was crowded so it was rather noisy.

   I eat there at least once a month. The food is always high quality & tasty, the service is very good,love the ambiance. I highly recommend

   We went for brunch which I don’t think is their usual thing. Two of our 4 meals had to be sent back -/ both were way overcooked (scrambled eggs on one and salmon with the skin still on with poached eggs that were more like hard boiled). The manager was great and comped our meals but it was disappointing Mother’s Day brunch for sure. Next time, order what that do well and that is not breakfast.

   We really enjoyed our family time at Firebird’s. Our server, Dani, was fantastic!!! She made our day so enjoyable, and would suggest anyone to request her as their server. I know we will do the same on our next visit! As always, the food did not disappoint!

    We had a 5:15 reservation and didn’t get seated until 5:30. Other than that we had a great time. The place was extremely busy. Food was cooked perfectly.
