My wife and I have enjoyed Firebirds for years. The meals, wine and exceptional service keeps us coming back. Most of our visits are on wine down mondays and the Firebirds Red has been our go to wine and it's usually very nice. We made Firebirds our first dine out date since this pandemic started and we felt very safe. Food was great and so happy Firebirds is here for us. Stay safe and cheers to all!
Eryka was a server and she was wonderful. She was attentive and checked on us even after we had paid our bill and was just visiting with friends. The food is always good and service was excellent.
This place has great food and drinks. Already making plans to return with friends and colleagues.
Great food, service, and prices. Nice atmosphere!!
I chose this restaurant for a double date. The food was delicious and the Long Island was even better. Our waitress was also really nice.
We typically love Firebirds and have been going for years. But ever since Covid, their steaks have not been the same. We have a theory that they have changed suppliers because the flavors aren’t nearly as tender and flavorful as they used to be. We’ve been pretty disappointed the last few times that we have been. We might be finding a new steakhouse
The filet mignons were amazing. Service was great.
Great dinner with friends tonight, I like this upscale atmosphere without the upscale prices. Food was great, reasonable priced and service was fast and effective, not very friendly though. 16 oz Prime Rib at $31.50 was absolutely delicious. Meatloaf and Rigatoni w/chicken also recommended. Would return anytime.
Very good service. Wait staff was very accommodating.
We had to wait a little for our waitress to greet us. When the manager realized we had to wait she apologized and later took a glass of wine off our bill. I told her it wasn't necessary and that we really hadn't waited very long, but she insisted. Overall, the service was really good, the food was great and the manager put it over the top. We will be back.
Outstanding prime rib. The house garden salad was excellent.
We were seated promptly for our reservation and the hostess was professional and friendly. Most of our party ordered from the restaurant week menu. Two of the plates that were served had to be sent back as the prime rib was cold. The manager came over and lectured my daughter on how prime rib is not served hot and that was not very professional. My daughter said it was cold, like just came out of the refrigerator . Also, the drink service was poor. One should not have to ask for more water, tea or lemonade. On a good note, the salads and desserts were delicious as well as the filet, ribeye and other two prime rib entrees.
I have never had any issues dining at your restaurant and the friends we brought had never dined with you before and were not impressed.
Thank you for listening.
They did an amazing job in the face of pandemic. Food was great, atmosphere seemed no different than before; however, they erred on the side of care and left adequate space between guests.
our server Molly was excellent. Was never out of water. My husband's prime rib came out cold and they replaced it immediately. We will definitely try again another time.
Everything was lovely with the exception of having to wait 30 minutes to be seated for our reservation. The lobby area was more crowded then was comfortable during this crisis. Once seated the tables were well spaced and all employees wore masks. The food as always was delicious and served in a timely fashion.
Had reservations and still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seated
Excellent service and food. I will definitely be returning.
Always very good food, service and a joy to visit and dine and drink.
We haven’t been out since the pandemic began so this was a much needed date night. Firebird’s is one of our faves so of course it was our first choice! We were greeted with friendly faces and warm welcomes. We had a reservation yet when we arrived, the tables were full. We did have to wait a little bit which wasn’t a problem. The manager offered a free appetizer so it was greatly appreciated. Celeste was a great server and the food was delicious! We recommend Firebird’s to all of our friends and will definitely be returning in the near future!
We went for the Restaurant week menu. The prime Rib was just ok, nothing special about it. The steak was rated very good by 2 of our party. The restaurant was empty and the service was a little slow.
Great place to celebrate my birthday!
Great meal for restaurant week. Good service and large portions
Great food and a great staff. I’ll be back again soon!
Took advantage of restaurant week. I had the filet and my guest had the prime rib. Both were excellent. We arrived a little before ur reservation but they still seated us promptly and the server was there right away. A great experience, great food and service. Worth returning
Meal was excellent but the Chandler location seems pretty dated and tired compared to the new Gilbert location. We were a bit disappointed in the overall atmosphere, but our meal was very good.
Server was amazing.
Our table was available immediately and the service and food were great.
My wife’s steak was not cooked correctly. They do not put enough butter on baked potato. Cocktails were too strong and not worth the money we had to pay.
My steak was average.
Food was subpar
One cannot fail going to Firebirds. Great ambiance and food and the staff is very friendly but not overbearing.
Excellent food, outstanding service. What more could you ask for?
Our waitress was a bit slow bringing out the bread. We asked for water with lemon, no lemon when water came. The server across from us was at his customer's table every 15 min or so; our waitress was not that precise. Besides this, fantasic food!
The restaurant was very loud. That wouldn't have been a huge deal, but we were seated in this corner booth, so conversation was impossible, and it was so uncomfortably warm in there. I was really hoping for better. On a positive note, service staff were amazing.
We introduced friends to your restaurant. They were impressed. I think they will spread the word. Both couples split salmon dinners and a dessert. Plenty of food.
Patio very, very noisy with a view of the parking lot. Specialty drinks overpriced. Food was good, not great. Service was excellent. An OK, experience but would not return.
We sat at a table in the bar, and even though it was very busy, the service and food was outstanding.
Mostly salads at our table. Everything fresh and tasty.
It was my wife and I's date night and we had an amazing time there. They sat us right away and were extremely courteous and kind. We sat and talked a bit prior to ordering and the staff was very conscientious and attentive when it can time to order. The food was phenomenal and prepared as requested. I would totally recommend Firebirds for any occasion.
Our experience at Firebird is always great. The atmosphere is always relaxing,
with the choices on the menu making the choice for the meal a difficult
decision. We always enjoy the "wing" seating booths.
I can’t rate the food because I wasn’t able to make it to the restaurant. I was asked by open table to invite other people. After doing so I invited two more people to my reservation. I called the restaurant to confirm the update and after being on hold for 10 minutes. The manager got on the phone who was very rude. He told me that they only have three tables in the restaurant that can fit six or more people and that my reservation would have to wait until 645-7. I feel that this is no way to operate a business and a restaurant that can’t accommodate more than three tables with six or more seems a little outrageous. I find that it not just a problem for Firebirds but also a huge problem on Open Table for doing an invite.
