   Just okay- steaks were overcooked first time around. Cooked others for us. Have had better steaks for the price elsewhere. Waitress was nice but not overly solicitous.

   Emma was a great server. We had written on the reservation that we were celebrating our parents’ 40th anniversary and even mentioned that to Emma. We were disappointed that they didn’t get a little dessert or something to celebrate. Your restaurant is always cold. Many people had their jackets on. The food and service was very good, as usual.

    One of the best experiences I’ve had at firebirds. We came for my friends birthday and we were instantly welcomed with a happy birthday towards him. We didn’t have to wait because we made a reservation even though the restaurant was quite busy. Our waitress was world class. She had drinks ready for us as soon as they got near to empty and made sure we had a great time. We will definitely be celebrating our next birthday here. We can’t wait to come back!

    Unfortunately we were never asked how our food was my steak was on the very raw side. - I like my meat medium rare. This was rare. And my business companion salmon wasn’t done enough but both eatable. We did enjoy ourselves.

    Casey was our server. She was amazing. Even though the kitchen was slow and dining room packed she gave us personal attention with a smile. Food was tasty and plentiful. We will definitely return and ask for Casey !

    I’ve never been delighted by the food here but the atmosphere is always great, and for this latest visit we had the most incredible server I think I’ve ever had anywhere. Ask for Sawyer, you’ll be glad you did.

    Our server was awful. The food was bland and had zero flavor. My steak was over cooked s first then it was undercooked. Had to wait 20 mins for a waiter to even take our drink order

    Love having business meetings here. Great, fast service and excellent food. tables are distant enough to not hear other people's conversations. Always my go to meeting space.

    We were about 10 minutes late to our reservation at Firebirds but they were very gracious and seated us as soon as we got there. It was a very busy Saturday night but our service and food were still excellent.

    The thing that impressed me most was the friendliness of the servers and no matter how busy the restaurant was, they were very attentive to their guest and this in my opinion makes the time spent there even more enjoyable. The food was very delicious and it was hot when it was brought out to your table. There wasn't a long wait to get served. It is one of the better restaurants that I have been to in a long time and the price was reasonable.

    We were a table of 10 and arrived 15 min before our reservation. Hostess was very nice and let us know that the table would be ready closer to our reservation time and directed us to the bar if we wanted to have a drink before our table was ready. We were seated very quickly and the service was outstanding our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and could make recommendations.

    Friday evening at 6:30 pm and we were told they ran out of medium rare prime rib?? Something I was looking forward to all week. Very disappointed with their planning. Also, they don’t seem to bake their baked potatoes as long as they should. I have noticed this at other restaurants as well. Otherwise we had a good meal and were very happy with our server

    We've been dining at Firebirds for years (in Charlotte, NC before they opened here). I don't know what has happened to the food quality but this is not the Firebirds that I know and love. The salmon that was on my salad was basically scraps leftover from breaking down sides of salmon. And, it was overcooked. So disappointed.

    Really enjoyed the ambiance by the bar area fireplace. Typically get the spinach salmon salad and split it with my wife along with an appetizer.

    Had a reservation at 8pm for 11 people. Party before us was still there and lingering. They made little attempt to move the party before us, and didn’t get seated (at another part of the restaurant) until 8:40.

    The food was excellent! It came out piping hot, in a timely manner and tasted great. Our waitress Ryan, was excellent. She went above and beyond the “call of duty”. Very pleasant
