   Terrible let down. First the positives- nice atmosphere. Our server was prompt, professional and took great care of us. Now for the food. The quality and cooking were terrible. We ordered 3 steaks- from medium rare to medium and they all came out well done. The quality of the food was also a let down- the steaks were tough and lacked flavor. When we pointed this out to our server- she said this was the third time that night steaks were sent back. It appears that the cooks are poorly trained and the management doesn't care. Needless to sa we won't be back.

   Jonathon was an excellent server ! My partner had the Aki Tuna while I had the Filet ! Both dishes were superb The Lemon Pie with Blueberry was so yummy ! We were happy walking out the door!

   Friendly and courteous server who was very attentive. Food was very good. Fish tacos could have been served a little warmer. But they were tasty and good. And the lemon blueberry bread pudding was excellent. Enjoyed our meal and will be back.

   This was our second visit and we came back for the Ahi Tuna Appetizer, it is amazing! We were celebrating a birthday and they made us feel special with a hand signed birthday card. The sea bass and aged ribeye were phenomenal!

   The restaurant was very loud. The drink service was extremely slow and the gnats made it almost impossible to eat. The staff was apologetic for the slow service and it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed.

   Barbara was our server and she was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about her. She had a nice smile and pleasant attitude. The food was good, however I'm extremely disappointed there's no more cilantro grilled chicken entree!! That's one of my favorites. Please put it back on menu. I'm a VERY regular Firebirds customer. The restaurant has nice decor. It's a relaxing atmosphere, even if it was quite loud last night. The noise level is not something the restaurant can control, however. It's always a nice time at Firebirds.

   Food and service is Always great! Like the way the management always add a special treat during holidays. Today the Easter Bunny handed out eggs to all of the customers including the adults. LOVED IT!

   The weekend brunch was delicious and particularly festive on Easter Sunday! The service was superb and the prices were good considering the ambiance, service and food quality…all of which were excellent. We’ll be back!

    I want to thank Firebirds staff! Everybody was so sweet as we celebrated an engagement. They set out flowers and gifts up at the table before we sat. The manager offered the happy couple a champagne toast and a sweet dessert to share. They even had a custom card signed by all the employees. They went above and beyond making my son and his fiancé special. (And the food was superb!)
