Lobster Fondue Salmon was DELICIOUS! We celebrated our anniversary and they had a bouquet and a card signed by the staff at our table. Food and service was impeccable!

Started with lobster spinach queso dip . Delicious & not too heavy or rich. Prime rib was perfectly cooked. Cilantro grilled chicken was fantastic. Service was quick & very attentive server. Highly recommend!

We recently had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The ambience was incredibly chill and provided the perfect ambience for a relaxed evening. The staff, including the waitress and GM, were not only polite and professional but also real and relatable, adding a personal touch to the experience. However, in my opinion, one thing to note is that this may not be the ideal place for dining with kids if you're looking for a family-friendly atmosphere. It's more suited for adults seeking a peaceful dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant to those looking for a laid-back, adult-friendly dining experience.

My wife and I went to celebrate our new baby that is due in December. We were treated so well and even was brought out a dessert congratulating us on 30 weeks of pregnancy. 10/10 service and seriously stood out to me in every way. Food was also incredible. Very very impressed.

We have the filet often, it's always cooked to perfection and the quality of the meat is consistently good. With a broccoli side, it's a wonderful lo cal option, which allows for a good glass of wine.

My husband and I eat at Firebirds a lot. They have such a diverse menu. We love there salads, and the service and attention to detail is amazing. A very well run establishment!

We had a great night! There were two senior aged people in our party and so the hostess graciously seated us before everyone arrived as they really could not stand and wait. The food is always delicious and our server was wonderful. Menu prices are high but they are everywhere and it was really loud but it was a Friday night. Overall, wonderful!

No matter what we order here, we always have a delicious meal. Portions are generous in our opinion and we always have leftovers for another meal.The servers are extremely attentive and conscientious. This is a go to restaurant for us.

My husband and I celebrated our 5th anniversary. Everything was perfect the food and drinks was delicious. Our waiter was awesome and very tentative. He made sure we had a wonderful experience. The food was amazing, my husband ordered ribs and loaded baked potato and I had sirloin steak and Parmesan cheese mashed potatoes. The chef out did himself. We will definitely be back.

Surprisingly, no one ordered one of their fabulous steaks this visit, but my lobster fondue salmon was outstanding. Too bad Mama taught me that it's impolite to lick the plate! Ryan was attentive without being obtrusive. A perfect afternoon.

My wife and I went to Firebirds to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The restaurant and the wait staff pulled out all the stops! We had a framed message waiting for us at our table that said, “Happy 40th Anniversary!“ We had a personal card signed by each of the members of the wait staff congratulating us. We got a special complimentary dessert prepared for us on a plate where the words, “Happy 40th Anniversary“ were spelled out with chocolate sauce. For our dinner, we got the Ranch Rings as an appetizer. They were phenomenal! My wife ordered a chicken pasta dish that was incredible and I ordered the Garlic Sirloin Steak. It, too, was phenomenal. It was a wonderful experience all the way around! I wouldn’t hesitate to come here, again!

Dined there to try the baby back rib special for $19.95. My wife and I were dining out for my 68th birthday. The sweet young ladies, hostess and waitress were very nice and made a big deal about my birthday. The large full rack of ribs were great along with all of our food. The drinks and food came out fast and the dining experience was well paced.

The environment is very chic & appealing with just the right mix of dimly lit ambiance, yet still passing as family-friendly, as there was a couple with tiny children enjoying their meal right behind us. The deviled egg appetizer was excellent and attractively presented, with a crumble of bacon, a slice of jalapeño and an artful drizzle of a spicy red chili sauce. The bread is a freshly baked table-size sourdough boule’ served hot from the oven with softened butter. The house salad is tossed in just the right amount of the signature dressing, with the surprise crunch of jicama, and the sweetness of candied pecans. The filet was seasoned perfectly and beyond tender. My husband and I ordered the large filet and shared it with a loaded baked potato that they thoughtfully halved and served on two plates for us. Our server was attentive, and when the special “beach party” cocktail turned out flat and flavorless, he unquestioningly swept it away and replaced it with another (much better), generous cocktail. If you enjoy Bricktops or J. Alexander’s, you should add this worthy venue to your restaurant repertoire.

Dine-in reservations are a must! On this visit, Shaundra was our server. She was very knowledgeable about the menu, professional and friendly. Shaundra made a wine recommendation which turned out to be fantastic. One of our favorite entrées is the mixed green salad and add salmon. Firebirds knows how to cook salmon (over wood fired grill), melts in your mouth. Highly recommend signing up for Firebirds Inner Circle, notifications for special items offered that are not on the menu. Great parking in the back or in the garage and very clean restrooms. Group and kid (special menu) friendly. Outdoor dining is available and very nice. Great menu for family meal deals for family gatherings at home. The restaurant offers so much.

We dined at Firebird's this time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was very nice as usual. The only issue, and it probably would have bothered others more than us, is that we were swatting a gnat or two for nearly the entire time we were at our table. Didn't see others swatting or clapping them in hands but we were kinda making a game of it.

The most disgusting dining experience. There were gnats all over our wine bottle and glasses. The food portions were large, but the food was unremarkable. Service was substandard. From the start, extra setups were not removed from the table. I grabbed forks from the entree, because none were provided with desert. No spoon was provided with coffee , served with cream and sugar.

Service was fantastic but food was just “good”. Grilled shrimp was just sorta warmed up. No evidence it was actually grilled. Filet was tasty but was sorta chewy unlike any I’ve ever had. So it really was good, but definitely not worth the price. Similar price to Stoney River but not half as good.
