   Everything was wonderful as usual. Great steak, great drinks, great wait staff … ask for Ashley, she will take great care of you!

   The ribs are absolutely fabulous, as well as, both steak options. Would highly recommend!

   The evening started out a bit frustrating as there seemed to some issues in the kitchen. Our appetizer took quite some time to arrive. Our server Bill was so professional and helpful. He reported the delay to the manager, Stacy who came to our table to apologize. Once the appetizer arrived it was delicious. The rest of our meal was delicious as well. We were treated to a surprise dessert of Flan which was delicious as well. The staff did their best to make our meal enjoyable despite some issues. It was so nice to experience real customer service and made to feel like they truly cared about their customers! Thank you for a nice evening.

   Great service and the food is always delicious . I think Firebirds has the best steak out of all the restaurants.

   We were looking for dinner after a long day vacationing when we found Firebirds online. It was easy to make a reservation. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. Our server, Fernando, was excellent. Attentive, helpful, but not intrusive. Our food came out in t timely manner, prepared beautifully and delicious. We felt the portions and quality of the food was commensurate to the price.

   Super busy Saturday night.. there was a delay but not too bad , food was great but we had to rush to catch our movie due to being seated late.. waitress was awesome

   The dining experience was slow. Our food was good, server was polite, just everything was slow. We had to ask to revive silverware while food was already brought to the table.

   Service and food were great. Drive in from out of town to eat here several times a year.

    Our latest meal included Tomahawk Pork Chop, Filet, Lobster Dip appetizer and holy moly the Bread Pudding. All were fantastic. As for our servers I’ll put them up against anyone.
