Great service. The staff is very welcoming and the food is delicious - our favorite place for lunch.

Went out for a late birthday dinner with family. The food was great. The service was amazing! The manager came by to make sure we we’re taken care of, which was great! Always love coming to Firebirds! You have to get the BLT Salad!

Firebirds has really went down. I remember when they very first opened and years to follow it was always amazing and good was always so good. The quality of my food yesterday was okay at best. It was just awful, the drink wasn’t good either. The sides with my main course was also cold when delivered. My waitress was very friendly but she was obviously very busy. I will not be returning for a long time if ever. Idk what has happened to that place or if it’s the result of new management but it’s went down.

We always enjoy Firebirds especially for family gatherings. They offer a nice variety and we are always pleased with the quality of the food.

I will never go back to Firebirds! All of our food was lukewarm. My steak was almost inedible - I could only manage to eat 1/3 of it. Steak fries that accompanied one order looked like limp fries from McDonald’s. I was very disappointed!!

We absolutely love the food and we are never disappointed. Its our special occasion place to go enjoy a great meal.

Good food. Excellent service. A bit too busy for my tastes. Waiters and waitresses work really hard to keep up, but that creates a lot of fast moving people passing by your table constantly. I'll eat there again, just not for an anniversary dinner.

It’s was my 28th birthday and I had a great time. The staff followed all guidelines for COVID safety. I will definitely be back again.

We went here for my birthday- with reservations. The reservations were made weeks ago. We arrived to the restaurant at least 10-15 min prior to reservation time. I requested a booth. No booth was available. After we were seated, it was a litter over an hour before we had gotten our food. We only had a party of 2, whereas a larger party that came in after us had gotten their food before we did. This restaurant honestly was not as upscale as I thought it would be, it’s more of a bar atmosphere. Gingerly, when I make reservations and it’s asked for the occasion, when I note birthday, I would normally receive special birthday recognition. It was never acknowledged. This restaurant is not at all what I imagined, unfortunately I will not be returning. Not only that, but the atmosphere was not social distance at all.

We love Firebirds. We have never had a bad experience.

New Year’s Eve with family

Excellent service. We were out for our 45th Anniversary and had a booth out of the crowd so that was nice. Manager brought out a complimentary dessert and a very nice card signed by all of our Waite staff. My wife's filet and my prime rib were cooked to perfection, very good cuts. Prices were very much in line with the level of service and food. Music was just a little too loud for dining establishment, causes everyone to speak too loud

3rd time I have been to Firebirds in Birmingham. 1st time was a bust, with cold food and poor service. 2nd time was takeout, and it was excellent. 3rd time was more of the 1st. Not sure what's wrong with these people. Certainly not a 4 or 5 star experience.

This dinner was for our son’s birthday. We were sat at our reservation time. It took ~10 minutes before our server came by and greeted us after our being seated. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. We then ordered our meals after the appetizer arrived. The Entrees arrived and were cold. We sent them back. When they arrived again, one of our dishes was still “cool”. Keep in mind COVID was still present so your experience could be different.
Would we come back? No.
