We usually have a great experience at firebirds but this one wasn’t good. They sat us at a booth right next to the kitchen. There was no divider or greenery to block the noise and it was really loud. The restaurant is usually pretty noisy but the noise from the kitchen made it hard to hear one another. Our server wasn’t attentive. We had to wait for refills, the check, and for him to pick up the check. It was very disappointing.

We had a large party of 9. The manager was prompt and courteous to fixing our table situation which was prepared for 8. Food and service were excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant.

Drinks, appetizers and salads were awesome! My steak was disappointing. It was almost 50% fat, very little meat. I expected more from a piece of meat that was nearly $40.

Went for our Anniversary and we both had the prime rib and both ordered Med rare and I got the medium cut and the wife got the small cut.. came out medium well at best. It was tough and chewy and dry, Very disappointing this was out first time eating here. Lemon cake was very good and the Black double diamond martini was on spot. Will have to think about going back after a $146 dinner

The steak was unique in the fact that you can taste the wood fired grill; the mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. It was quite noisy and busy for it being a Monday so I imagine a lot of people enjoy their food. Frankly, for the price I’d choose to go somewhere else, however I would eat there again for the steak.
