   As always, food was delicious. The Colorado Chicken Salad is my favorite on the planet. Carrot cake is beyond good. Excellent service. One of our favorite restaurants in Cinti.

   Always a good experience. The cilantro lime chicken is outstanding and we celebrated a birthday with compliment dessert. Red snapper was also a hit. Good food good value.

   Server was excellent. Food was good but chicken breast a little undercooked. We notified waitress and she immediately replaced it no questions asked. Other meals were all very good - steaks and salmon. Nice wine list and margaritas were very good. We were seated promptly and service was very prompt and well paced.    Got there about 30 minutes prior to our reservation. We were seated within a few minutes! I had noted on our reservation that it was my wife’s birthday and she received multiple birthday wishes. Our server, Avery was awesome! She was friendly, attentive and made my wife feel honored with a free dessert and card signed by the staff wishing her a happy birthday! We frequent Firebirds and this is just another reason why we do! Management and staff are great!

    Server rushed us through the meal and dropped off check very quickly. The server also did not listen to our table when we requested drink refills. Instead, he brought the check.

    My experience was generally very good. However, when I make an OpenTable reservation two weeks in advance, I shouldn’t be told by the hostess that my party of three needs to sit in the smallest booth in the restaurant! Thankfully our server allowed us to move to a larger booth.

    The level of service received was worth the trip and price paid! We decided to come here to eat for Mother’s Day and our server was just a joy to have around. From the time we walked thought the door, the staff greeted my family and I with a smile and escorted us all to our table. I wish I remember the young lady’s name that served our food but nonetheless we left very pleased and will definitely be returning!

    Mothers Day Brunch was predictably very busy. They opened at 10am. We arrived on tune and we were seated at a huge booth near the bar area. The location was good except that it was near the air vents and we were blasted with cold air. Our waitress was Corey. She was covering a lot of real estate. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had the breakfast burrito which was delicious. Full of tasty beef tenderloin. My husband has the French toast and my son had the shrimp & grits. We shared a piece of lemon cake and a piece of cheesecake. The food was all well prepared and yummy. My only complaint is that at the end my son gave her an invalid credit card in error. She brought it back and said it didn’t go through.then she walked away and didn’t come back for quite awhile to get a different card. My husband has dementia and my son was recently hospitalized. They went to the car because they were so cold. We had given her a cash tip with the wrong credit card. She didn’t acknowledge it and left me sitting waiting for much longer than I should have to pay. We love Firebirds and will be back.

    Very good place to eat. Both elevated dining experience but also kid friendly. The prime rib, when available, has always been excellent. Bbq ribs are also very good. Only small downside is the size of the building makes it slightly noisy when full. Not overpowering at all but still elevated. Wouldn't put me off at all though!

    I can't tell you how much I like this place. They are so consistent. The food, service, cleanliness, attitudes of the employees, all of it is exceptional. As an old restaurant guy who ran many in the 90s and 2000s, Firebirds does it the right way. Well done

    We celebrated our son’s First Communion along with family that came from out-of-town. We were very pleased with the experience, especially the service from Jamie. She was very attentive and pleasant, everything was like we ordered it. Our family loved everything, including the chicken tortilla soup, wood fired salmon and spinach and salmon salad. Our son loves Firebird and had his usual hamburger, and then the amazing brownie sundae to top it all. We definitely recommend this restaurant and it has become one of our favorites for special occasions.

    Firebirds in Mason, OH, for my son’s graduation and everything was wonderful - great food, great service, fixed an issue with one plate perfectly and with more food than requested.
